روسيا تعلن أن النظام السوري يفقد السيطرة على البلاد "اكثر فاكثر" والمعارضة: لسنا بحاجة لقوات دولية للإطاحة به

اعلن مسؤول روسي كبير الخميس ان النظام السوري يفقد السيطرة على البلاد "اكثر فاكثر" واعتبر انه لا يمكن استبعاد انتصار المعارضة في النزاع.
وقال ميخائيل بوغدانوف احد نواب وزير الخارجية الروسي في تصريحات نقلتها وكالة الانباء الروسية ايتار-تاس "علينا ان نواجه الامر. النظام والحكومة يفقدان السيطرة على البلاد اكثر فاكثر".
واضاف "بالتالي لا يمكننا استبعاد انتصار المعارضة".
وهي المرة الاولى التي يعترف فيها مسؤول روسي كبير بمثل هذا الوضوح باحتمال انتصار معارضي نظام الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد.
من جهته قال رئيس الائتلاف الوطني السوري المعارض معاذ الخطيب إن "الشعب السوري لم يعد بحاجة الى تدخل قوات دولية" للإطاحة بالرئيس بشار الأسد مضيفا أن "المعارضة ستدرس عروضا من الأسد لتسليم السلطة ومغادرة البلاد لكنها لن تعطي اي ضمانات الى أن ترى عرضا جادا".
وروسيا من الدول القليلة التي لا تزال تدعم النظام السوري، كما انها تزوده بالسلاح.
وقد اثارت موسكو استياء الغرب والدول العربية المعارضة للاسد عبر رفضها وقف المساعدات العسكرية او علاقات اخرى تقيمها مع دمشق منذ فترة حكم الرئيس السوري الراحل حافظ الاسد.
وتابع بوغدانوف ان "موسكو ستصر مع ذلك على تطبيق اتفاق جنيف والتوصل الى حل سلمي للنزاع".
وقال ان برنامج الائتلاف الوطني السوري المعارض "يثير عدة تساؤلات" في موسكو ورفض الائتلاف "الحوار مع الاسد وهدفه باطاحة النظام" يتعارضان مع اتفاق جنيف.
وكان بوغدانوف يشير الى الاتفاق حول مبادئ عملية انتقالية سياسية في سوريا تبنته مجموعة العمل حول سوريا في جنيف في 30 حزيران.
من جهة اخرى، اعتبر بوغدانوف ان الاعتراف هذا الاسبوع بائتلاف المعارضة السورية الجديد من قبل الولايات المتحدة بعد دول اخرى مثل فرنسا وتركيا، لم يؤد سوى الى تشجيع معارضي النظام.
وقال بوغدانوف كما نقلت عنه وكالة ريا نوفوستي ان "الاعتراف بالمعارضة وتدريب مسلحي المعارضة والاسلحة التي تاتي من الخارج لا تؤدي سوى الى تشجيع المعارضة".
وفي اشارة اخرى على اقرار موسكو بخطورة الوضع اعلن بوغدانوف، ان روسيا تحضر خطة اجلاء لرعاياها من سوريا. وقال "ننظر حاليا في خطة اجلاء محتملة. لدينا خطط تعبئة ونحاول تحديد اماكن تواجد رعايانا".
واوضح ان غالبية الروس المقيمين في سوريا هم نساء روسيات متزوجات من رجال سوريين واولادهن.
واضاف انه لم يتم وضع خطط بعد لاجلاء الدبلوماسيين وعائلاتهم.
وكان وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف اعلن الاربعاء ان الولايات المتحدة "تعول على انتصار بواسطة السلاح" للائتلاف الوطني السوري المعارض بعد ان اعترفت به ممثلا شرعيا للشعب السوري.
والائتلاف السوري المعارضة يضم عدة مجموعات معارضة بقيادة الداعية المعتدل احمد معاذ الخطيب وتشكل بعد محادثات في قطر في تشرين الثاني اثر دعوات الغرب الى توحيد المعارضة السورية.
في الوقت نفسه، اكد رئيس الاركان الروسي مجددا ان موسكو تعارض اي حل عسكري للنزاع.
وقال الجنرال فاليري غيراسيموف كما نقلت عنه وكالة ريا نوفوستي "نعتقد بشدة ان حل النزاع في سوريا ممكن فقط من قبل الطرفين وبدون تدخل من طرف ثالث وبالتاكيد بدون استخدام قوة عسكرية".
وروسيا التي تواصل الدعوة الى الحوار بين الاطراف السورية تمهيدا للوصول الى حل سلمي للنزاع، تبيع الاسلحة لدمشق وتنفي ان تكون تدافع عن نظام بشار الاسد كما ذكر الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين خلال زيارة الى تركيا في 3 كانون الاول.
وعرقلت موسكو حتى الان صدور كل مشاريع القرارات التي تندد بنظام بشار الاسد في مجلس الامن الدولي.

It will be absurd that Hizb will pack and leave after Assad's fall as absurd as it is that it will stay the same!
Hizb has already lost whatever sunni arab support it gather and it will be confined to a much smaller area of influence.
The muslim brotherhood (and salafi equivalents) may step in to fill the gap in facing Israel when the shia'as pull out.

FT, I have to agree with Geha here. When Assad falls, M8 will still be here, but will be normal size. Hopefully just big enough to prevent hariri and co from stealing the country, but not strong enough to continue stealing it themselves.
What should rise now is a strong centrist pragmatic current.

However, the other parties (US...etc) might be playing a loosing card if the outcome would be another libya, iraq, and afghanistan, based on factual trends...Moreover, statistics show that the most recent killings in afghanistan were mostly done by soldiers and police trained by the occupying forces...
