فضل الله: طلبنا من وزارة الإعلام تزويدنا بكل الوثائق حول محطة الإتصالات الأميركية

أعلن رئيس لجنة الإعلام والإتصالات النيابية النائب حسن فضل الله أنه " طلبنا كلجنة من وزارة الاتصالات برسالة رسمية ستوجه لها كي تزودنا بكل الوثائق حول موضوع محطة الإتصالات الأميركية"، متسائلاً "هل يحق لأي شركة أجنبية أن تخاطب الهيئة المنظمة أو وزارة الاتصالات؟"
وأشار فضل الله في مؤتمر صحافي الثلاثاء عقب اجتماع للجنة الإعلام في السراي الى أن " اللجنة طرحت من خارج جدول أعمال الجلسة اسئلة عدة حول محطة الاتصالات التي طلبت الولايات المتحدة رخصة لاقامتها في لبنان"،متسائلاً "هل يحق لأي شركة أجنبية أن تخاطب الهيئة المنظمة أو وزارة الاتصالات؟"
ولفت فضل الله الى أن "هذا الأمر يتم عبر سفارة الدولة المعنية ثم عبر وزارة الخارجية". مردفاً أنه "علينا بالإطلاع على المعلومات الرسمية التي تقدمها الجهات المعنية وأولها وزارة الاتصالات".
وأردف "اننا بحاجة لمعرفة ما هي مهام هذه المحطة، وننتظر عودة وزير الاتصالات نقولا صنحاوي من السفر لمناقشة الأمر معه"، مضيفاً "أننا طلبنا كلجنة من وزارة الاتصالات برسالة رسمية ستوجه لها اليوم أن تزودنا بكل الوثائق بهذا الأمر وأن تعطينا حالات مشابهة".
وأكد أن"هذا الموضوع بكل تفاصيله وإشكالاته سنعيد النقاش فيه في جلسة مبدئية ستعقد يوم الخميس على قاعدة أننا نكون حصلنا على الأجوبة الرسمية من وزارة الاتصالات وسنسأل وزارة الخارجية إذا تم تقديم أي طلبات عبرها".
وفي موضوع اقتراح تسليم "الداتا"، قال فضل الله خلال مؤتمره الصحافي إنه "لا يمكن تسليم الداتا كاملة إلا وفق آلية محددة تحدد حجم الداتا التي تسلم وإذا كان القانون لا يلبي المتطلبات نذهب لتعديله وليس مخالفته"، معتبرا أن "الحكومة معنية بتطبيق المراسيم التطبيقية للقانون النافذ وأي أمر آخر لا بد أن يعدل ومن قدموا الاقتراح لم يحضروا وعطلوا إمكانية البدء بمناقشته".
وشدد على أنه "إذا كان هناك حرص عل تسليم الداتا فهو يترجم داخل المجلس من خلال مناقشة الاقتراح أو تعديل القانون وأصرينا داخل اللجنة أن تستمر الحكومة ووزارة الاتصالات بتطبيق القانون النافذ"، مردفاً حسنا فعلت الحكومة برفض إعطاء الداتا".
وفي موضوع العمالة، أكد فضل الله أنه "لا نستعد لقبول أي تبرير قانوني لموضوع العمالة"، مشيرا إلى أن "لا أحد يسأل خلفية الإفراج عن العملاء ولمصلحة من يكون ذلك، وهل هناك مصالح في قضايا غير واضحة"، مشددا على أن "مسؤولية القضاء أن يعيد الصدقية لنفسه".
واثر، تقرير كانت قد نشرته صحيفة "السفير"، السبت، والذي كشف عن ان "الجيش الأميركي تقدم، عبر السفارة الأميركية، بطلب الى الهيئة الناظمة للاتصالات، لمنحه رخصة اقامة محطة اتصالات ضخمة على الأراضي اللبنانية"، تفاعل الامر حول هذا الطلب اضافة الى ان منح الجيش الاميركي رخصة إقامة المحطة، تسـتند الى تقـنية "في سات" (V Sat أو Very Small Aperture Terminal).
وتقوم تقنية الـ"في سات"، على نقل المعلومات من القمر الصناعي إلى نقاط متحركة على الأرض لتخرج منها معلومات تُحمل إلى القمر الاصطناعي مجدداً.
الامر الذي اثار مخاوف من إمكانية ربط هذه التقنية بأخرى مماثلة موجودة لدى اسرائيل من دون أن يكون للسلطات اللبنانية أي علاقة بهذه الشبكة، وفق ما افادته "السفير"، الاثنين.
واشارت الى ان الطلب سيدرس من قبل الهيئة الناظمة للاتصالات، تمهيداً لإحالة الملف على مجلس الوزراء، لمناقشته واتخاذ القرار المناسب.

Since then hizbustan/iran turned their attention on their real historic enemy: the suni arabs.

Any electronics observation place flying over Israeli territory, or over the Mediterranean, can pick up all telecommunications in Lebanon, so don't use Israel, or any other state, as an excuse not to advance the infrastructure and economy of Lebanon.

Those who think the US is against the new hizbustan should have their head examined. The US sends their drones to hunt down suni jihadis all the way in somalia, whereas in lebanon they let hizbustan form a government. Hizbustan pretty much signed a peace treaty with israel in 2000 that was breached in 2006, regretfuly akeed 'law kuntu a3lam' and since then hizbustan has been a gaurdian of the israeli borders: any bullet on sheb3a !?
