المعتدل حسن روحاني رئيسا لإيران: إنتصر الإعتدال على التطرف وليعترف الغرب بحقوقنا

فاز المعتدل حسن روحاني في الانتخابات الرئاسية الايرانية منهيا ثمانية اعوام من حكم المحافظين في ايران.
واكد روحاني عقب انتخابه ان "هذا الانتصار هو انتصار الذكاء والاعتدال والتقدم (...) على التطرف".
وقال روحاني "على الساحة الدولية، ومع الفرصة التي انتجتها هذه الملحمة الشعبية، (اطالب) من يتغنون بالديموقراطية والتفاهم والحوار الحر (الدول الغربية) بان يتحدثوا باحترام الى الشعب الايراني ويعترفوا بحقوق الجمهورية الاسلامية، حتى يتلقوا ردا ملائما"، في اشارة الى المفاوضات النووية المتعثرة مع الدول الكبرى.
واكد ايضا ان "الوجود القوي" للشعب "سيجلب الهدوء والاستقرار والامل في المجال الاقتصادي".
واعرب اخيرا عن "امتنانه للمرشد الاعلى" الايراني اية الله علي خامنئي معتبرا انه "ابنه الاصغر"، فضلا عن اشادته ب"دور اكبر هاشمي رفسنجاني ومحمد خاتمي" الرئيسين السابقين المعتدل والاصلاحي اللذين ايداه في حملته الانتخابية.
وكان قد اوضح الوزير مصطفى محمد نجار في النتائج النهائية التي اعلنها ان روحاني الذي حظي بدعم المعسكرين المعتدل والاصلاحي حصل على 18,6 مليون صوت، اي 50,68 في المئة في الدورة الاولى للانتخابات متقدما على خمسة مرشحين محافظين.
من جهته كتب المرشد الاعلى للجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية اية الله علي خامنئي على موقعه الرمسي "اهنئ الشعب والرئيس المنتخب"، مؤكدا ان "على الجميع مساعدة الرئيس الجديد وحكومته". كذلك طالب المرشد الاعلى الايرانيين بتفادي "السلوك غير الملائم" خصوصا من جانب الاشخاص الراغبين في اظهار "فرحهم او استيائهم"، في اشارة الى انصار الرئيس المنتخب ومعارضيه. وانتخب حسن روحاني البالغ 64 عاما رئيسا جديدا لايران بحصوله على 50,68% من الاصوات بحسب نتائج رسمية نهائية.
وبذلك، تقدم روحاني بفارق كبير على رئيس بلدية طهران المحافظ محمد باقر قاليباف (6,07 ملايين صوت) وكبير المفاوضين الايرانيين سعيد جليلي (3,17 ملايين) المدعوم من الجناح المتشدد في النظام.
ولفت نجار الى ان نسبة المشاركة بلغت 72,7 في المئة.
واستفاد روحاني (64 عاما) من انسحاب المرشح الاصلاحي الوحيد محمد رضا عارف كما تلقى دعم الرئيسين السابقين المعتدل اكبر هاشمي رفسنجاني والاصلاحي محمد خاتمي.
ومع انه يمثل المرشد الاعلى علي خامنئي في المجلس الاعلى للامن القومي فان روحاني يدعو الى مرونة اكبر في التعامل مع الغرب، هذا الحوار الذي كان اداره بين 2003 و2005 في عهد خاتمي. واشار خلال حملته الى مباحثات مباشرة محتملة مع الولايات المتحدة العدو التاريخي لايران.
من هو رئيس إيران الجديد؟
روحاني البالغ 64 عاما، اصبح المرشح الوحيد للاصلاحيين والمعتدلين بعد انسحاب المرشح الاصلاحي محمد رضا عارف، في حين ان ثلاثة من منافسيه الرئيسيين، وجميعهم مقربون من المرشد الاعلى علي خامنئي، لم يتوصلوا الى اتفاق في ما بينهم.
وبشكل خاص، دعا الرئيسان السابقان الاصلاحي محمد خاتمي والمعتدل اكبر هاشمي رفسنجاني الى التصويت لصالحه. وخلال ايام قليلة، قام هذا الائتلاف من الاصلاحيين والمعتدلين بتعبئة جزء كبير من الناخبين المعتدلين الذين كانوا يعتزمون مقاطعة الانتخابات بعد الجدل والتظاهرات التي تم قمعها في العام 2009.
وتولى روحاني، المقرب من رفسنجاني، خلال مسيرته الطويلة منصب نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى الايراني كما كان كبيرا للمفاوضين الايرانيين في الملف النووي بين عامي 2003 و2005. وفي هذه الفترة حاز على لقب "الشيخ الدبلوماسي".
وفي العام 2003، خلال محادثات مع باريس ولندن وبرلين، وافق روحاني على تعليق تخصيب اليورانيوم وتطبيق البروتوكول الاضافي لمعاهدة الحد من انتشار الاسلحة النووية للسماح بعمليات تفتيش غير معلنة مسبقا للمنشآت النووية الايرانية.
وخلال الحملة الانتخابية، كرر روحاني تأييده اعتماد سياسة اكثر مرونة تجاه الغرب لوضع حد للعقوبات المفروضة على ايران والتي تغرق البلاد في ازمة اقتصادية خطيرة.
واختار شعارا لحملته مفتاحا يرمز لفتح باب الحلول لمشاكل البلاد، واللون البنفسجي لكونه من الالوان الرائجة.
وقال في احد تصريحاته "حكومتي لن تكون حكومة تسوية واستسلام (في الملف النووي) لكننا لن نكون كذلك مغامرين"، مضيفا الى انه سيكون "مكملا (لسياسات) رفسنجاني وخاتمي". ولم يستبعد اجراء مفاوضات مباشرة مع الولايات المتحدة، العدو التاريخي للجمهورية الاسلامية، لايجاد حل للازمة النووية، على رغم وصف هذه الخطوة ب"الصعبة". وفي رصيد روحاني مراحل طويلة من العمل السياسي. فبعد مسيرة نيابية بين عامي 1980 و2000، انتقل لعضوية مجلس خبراء القيادة، الهيئة المكلفة الاشراف على عمل المرشد الاعلى علي خامنئي.
ولا يزال ممثلا لاية الله علي خامنئي في المجلس الاعلى للامن القومي، مثل سعيد جليلي المدعوم من الجناح المتشدد في النظام.
الا انه ترك منصبه كامين عام لهذا المجلس بعد انتخاب احمدي نجاد في العام 2005. وبعد فترة وجيزة، اعادت ايران اطلاق برنامجها لتخصيب اليورانيوم ما استدعى زيادة العقوبات عليها من جانب الامم المتحدة والقوى الكبرى التي فرضت عقوبات اقتصادية.
كما انه عضو في مجمع علماء الدين المجاهدين الذي يضم رجال دين محافظين.
ولا تزال طهران متهمة بالسعي الى حيازة سلاح نووي تحت ستار برنامج مدني، وقد فرضت عليها الامم المتحدة رزمة عقوبات تم تشديدها من جانب الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الاوروبي عبر حظر مصرفي ونفطي اغرق البلاد في ازمة اقتصادية.
ووجه روحاني انتقادا شديدا الى الرئيس الايراني محمود احمدي نجاد الذي لا يحق له الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية بعد ولايتين متتاليتين.
وقال في لقاء عام "هذه الحكومة استهانت بالعقوبات (...) في حين كانت تستطيع تجنبها او تخفيف اثارها"، واعدا في حال انتخابه ب"ارساء علاقات بناءة مع العالم".
وروحاني رجل دين يحمل صفة "حجة الاسلام" ويعتمر عمامة بيضاء وله لحية بيضاء خفيفة. ويتهمه المحافظون بانه "وقع تحت سحر ربطة العنق وعطر جاك سترو" وزير الخارجية البريطاني السابق الذي اجرى معه مفاوضات في العام 2003.
ويتحدر روحاني من منطقة سرخه بمحافظة سمنان جنوب شرق طهران. وهو حائز شهادة دكتوراه من جامعة غلاسكو، متزوج وله اربعة اولاد.

Rowhani is not a moderate reformist except in comparison to the other dummy candidates hand picked by the supreme inquisitor to perpetrate the barbaric oppressive regime. Rowhani at best is an opportunist who understands people's anger from this brutal regime that isolated the country and wasted natural resources following a path similar to North Korea. Tens of thousands of Iranian democracy seekers were beaten, locked in prison, or killed. They paid in blood for freedom. They qualify as reformers, not Rowhani how so far has only given lip service to freedom. Hopefully he proves us wrong by his actions. This election shows that oppressed Iranians would have overwhelmingly elected a true reformist if they were allowed to be candidate. No democracy yet!

A friend of mine is in Iran now and he told me that a tv chanel interviewed him about the election and they told him wath to answer. Then he told them i want a free and peacful iran ang he got in trouble and had to get away from there fast! Moderat iran....
This is just a way for them to avoid a new uprising against them and to back down to the embargos angaisnt without officially back down. Also, The roar, Its prfectly normal for m14 to care about leanons intrest and not priorities other countrys intrests. Thats why you dont get it.

Today's elections reflect a true democratic system Iras enjoys. Im not saying this bcz i'm shia or from Al-Mousawy family, but their system is more democratic than any other state in the middle east, including ours, Lebanon.
Do you know that Rohani was not, by far, Sayyed Khamenei's favourite candidate!! However, the supreme leader did not support any opposing candidate in order to let the democratic game play out.
Do you know that Rohani said during his campaigns that he will free political prisoners? He also vowed to change his foreign policy towards the West. He also critisized Najjad, who has the blessings and full support of Sayyed Khamenei.
Yet, with all these obstacles, if i may call them, he won! You dont call this true democracy?? Almost 80% turnout, not democracy??
