I don't think there can be any talks of peace when the West Bank is Swiss cheese with settlers filling in the holes. The building of settler housing must stop, the removal of the "wall of shame" must come down where it cuts villagers off from their fields and cutting out many of the time consuming check points allowing Palestinians quicker access to jobs from Gaza to the West Bank and back. The 6 mile limit for fishing must be pushed to 12 miles and honored. Stop the flow of all sewage through the West Bank and Gaza and the re-establishment of the banks and financial institutions of Palestine.

And that is just for starters.
