Military Intelligence seems to serve Hezbollah ONLY!
Why is the assassin of Hashem Salman still running...?

Thumb _mowaten_ 16:53 ,2013 تموز 25

he's not running, he's a guard at the iranian embassy. i suggest you go protest at the iranian embassy (just make sure you dont take a gun out and start shooting, it would be too annoying to go through the same drama all over again)

Why is Assir still hiding under a rock ?

Missing jabal 15:41 ,2013 تموز 25

i'm wondering where all the arrested people you hear about the news go? I doubt there's room in the jails anymore...

Thumb _mowaten_ 17:27 ,2013 تموز 25

they are fed to the salafis in roumieh.

Thumb _mowaten_ 17:29 ,2013 تموز 25

or (less likely) a large number of them are cleared, some are maybe fined for minor offense, and those who are convicted go into the overcrowded prisons, from which prisoners who reach the end of their sentences are released everyday (or escape if they are salafis)

Thumb lebanon_first 17:29 ,2013 تموز 25

Jabal. True. I do wonder too... I think they publish the jailing and forgo publishing the release which i am sure happens all too soon.

Thumb _mowaten_ 18:40 ,2013 تموز 25

just common sense, you should try it

Thumb _mowaten_ 16:55 ,2013 تموز 25

nah, they just release them until they manage to fabricate a story that implicates HA

Don't you ever feel guilty lying all the time?

Here are some quotes from your article:

"In 2006, Faisal Akbar, a Saudi national and member of the cell, had confessed to taking part in the assassination, but subsequently retracted his confession"

"Akbar denied any involvement in Hariri’s assassination"

"they all retracted their previous statements, which they claimed had been extracted under torture"

The Abu Adass theory is widely know to be a fake story to obscure the path of the true killers. Nice try momo.

Thumb thepatriot 11:29 ,2013 تموز 26

You know momo... your first post on this thread confirms that you are the biggest idiot on this forum. Congratulations! :)

Thumb _mowaten_ 12:20 ,2013 تموز 26

people-power: i know you like partial quotes, conveniently avoiding the thorny points, but try this:

"During questioning, Akbar disclosed detailed information that the international commission of inquiry would verify months later."

"Akbar confessed his involvement in the assassination of Hariri to investigators, disclosing information that would later turn out to be accurate. However, on the next day, Akbar retracted his statement, after a six-hour meeting with Samir Shehadeh and Wissam al-Hassan."

thepatriot: and what does that make you? the guy obsessed by the "biggest idiot", following him around the forum to post insipid childish remarks after each of his comments... I honestly feel sad for you

Thumb _mowaten_ 16:59 ,2013 تموز 25

why such suspicions phoenix? maybe HA provided the army with information, but if they had arrested them themselves we would have all known, you can't hide something like this in lebanon.
in any case, helping the army would not be a crime (to the contrary) and the important thing is that those terrorists were arrested, isnt it?

Thumb lebanon_first 17:25 ,2013 تموز 25

mowaten. If the army autonomously found leads and arrested the criminals, we would be proud of it.
If HA arrested suspects or provided leads to the army on a platter of silver, then we wont be proud of our army. - true, HA lovers would be proud of HA.
That is the difference.
In your case, you are proud of HA. In my case, even though I appreciate that HA is strong and efficient, I dont see this strenght in the interest of lebanon because HA leadership is not elected by lebanese people, but appointed by iran's mollahs, and HA's strategy is not for lebanese interests, but for iran's strategy. so all this stregth of HA is useless for lebanon lovers.

Thumb _mowaten_ 17:25 ,2013 تموز 25

well phoenix maybe our suspicion should turn to those who were supposed to do something but didnt, not those who did!
the ISF have been under M14 control for at least a decade, what have they done regarding those assassinations?
if you read the article i posted above ( http://english.al-akhbar.com/content/confessed-killer-rafik-hariri-released-prison ) you see that some very weird things have happened.

"Akbar confessed his involvement in the assassination of Hariri to investigators, disclosing information that would later turn out to be accurate. However, on the next day, Akbar retracted his statement, after a six-hour meeting with Samir Shehadeh and Wissam al-Hassan."

Wissam el Hassan was supposed to be in the Hariri convoy, but wasnt there that day, under the pretext that he was passing an exam which he never passed!

Thumb _mowaten_ 17:25 ,2013 تموز 25

also, the STL is supposed to be working on the case but 8 years after his death what have they got besides hot air and monumental bills? if the army took HA info and it led them to an arrest, maybe the blame should be on the STL who discarded many leads that HA gave them, because those leads didnt go in the direction they wanted...

Thumb thepatriot 13:16 ,2013 تموز 26

momo... re-read your posts, if you're not an idiot, you'll realize how stupid they are... but obviously... you won't so that makes you an............. ? :)

Thumb _mowaten_ 19:03 ,2013 تموز 25

not funny, hilarious!

it's sad that you have to comment under 10 fake names though...

Thumb LEBhasNOhope 20:56 ,2013 تموز 25

so the captured the people behind the targeted bombings of the HA convoy but did not pursue or capture the bombers that targeted civilians in dahiyeh or hermel. Who wants to place a friendly wager with me of how much popular support for HA will instantaneously disappear as soon their weapons are removed?

Thumb Maxx 01:27 ,2013 تموز 26

Just remind me how many Syrians have been arrested in the bombing of the Hariri convoy circa 2005...?
