الإنتربول تطلب من المحكمة الدولية إعطاءه أسماء المشتبه بهم لتعميمها

أعلنت الشرطة الدولية "الإنتربول" الجمعة انها طلبت من المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان التي تحقق في اغتيال رئيس الوزراء اللبناني الاسبق رفيق الحريري في 2005، السماح بنشر معلومات عن المشتبه بهم المطلوبين.
وقالت الانتربول في بيان "حتى الان لم تتلق الشرطة الدولية اي طلب من قبل المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان لنشر مذكرة حمراء (...) او لادخال في قاعدة معطيات الانتربول معلومات عن مطلوبين في جريمة اغتيال رفيق الحريري".
وأوضحت أنه "لا يمكن للشرطة اعتقال اشخاص خطيرين او منعهم من عبور الحدود (...) استنادا الى معلومات نشرتها وسائل الاعلام"، انها "بحاجة الى اذن سلطات قضائية او حكومية".
ولم تتمكن شرطة الانتربول التي ذكرت بانها "تعاونت بشكل وثيق" مع المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان لكشف المسؤولين عن اغتيال الحريري، "من تفسير" سبب عدم اصدار المحكمة اذن لها ب"تعميم لدى 188 بلدا عضوا في الانتربول اسماء المطلوبين وتواريخ ميلادهم وصورهم".

The STL made another big blunder in a series of nothing but bigger blunders by releasing the names. Now, they say that the Interpol asked that the names be released. One word: BALONEY. The STL needs an STL to investigate it.
