دورة استثنائية للبرلمان الفرنسي في الرابع من ايلول بشأن سوريا

اعلن وزير العلاقات مع البرلمان في الحكومة الفرنسية آلان فيدالي اليوم الاربعاء ان البرلمان الفرنسي دعي الى عقد دورة خاصة الاربعاء المقبل مخصصة لسوريا.
ويأتي هذا الاعلان بينما تدرس فرنسا وحلفاؤها امكانية تدخل عسكري ضد نظام الرئيس بشار الاسد المتهم باستخدام اسلحة كيميائية ضد مدنيين.
وقال الوزير الفرنسي ردا على اسئلة "اي-تيليه" اليوم "سندعو البرلمان الى عقد جلسة استثنائية لاجراء نقاش حول الوضع في سوريا بعد ظهر الاربعاء المقبل".
واضاف "سيجري نقاش استثنائي في الجمعية الوطنية ومجلس الشيوخ في الوقت نفسه" بدون القول ما اذا كانت العملية العسكرية لن تحصل قبل نقاش البرلمان.
يشار الى ان الرئيس الفرنسي فرنسوا هولاند الذي اعلن الثلاثاء ان فرنسا "مستعدة لمعاقبة" النظام السوري ليس بحاجة لتصويت النواب من اجل اطلاق عمليات عسكرية محددة.
وتبدو الطبقة السياسية الفرنسية متشككة جدا ازاء هذا الامر او حتى معارضة لتدخل محتمل فيما تستعد الولايات المتحدة وحلفاؤها لضربة عسكرية محتملة ضد النظام السوري المتهم بشن هجوم كيميائي في 21 اب في ريف دمشق.
ولم تحدد ابرز الاحزاب، الحزب الاشتراكي الحاكم وحزب المعارضة اليميني الاتحاد من اجل حركة شعبية، موقفا لكن العديد من المسؤولين من اليمين واليسار حذروا من "مخاطر" التدخل.

dont worry southern, the "emergency session" is in one week. after the inflamed speeches of hollande they need to let some time pass before they announce that actually they wont attack syria. because indeed, they wont, simply because they can't afford to. any attack on syria will be met with attacks on saudi oil fields, and the consequences of this would be an explosion of oil price and worldwide economic collapse.
max they will do is a few insignificant strikes to save the face.

yep, most efficient is to hit them where it hurts: the pocket. and with all that saoudi did against the syrians, most of the hell they have been through they have saudi to thank for, so they wont hold back.
having said that, strikes on israel cannot be excluded either, since they would be the first to benefit from neutralizing syria, they should also be the first to pay. hitting nuclear sites is out of the question though, not only is it immoral, and would rally the entire world on israel's side, but palestinians would be the first to suffer from it (no shelters, emergency plans or iodine tablets for them). there are many other much better targets
