Lebanese Army Sergeant Killed in Arsal

A Lebanese army Sergeant First Class was killed late on Sunday in the northeastern border town of Arsal, the National News Agency reported on Monday.
Two armed men on a moving motorcycle opened fire at Khaled Ezzedine at 11:00 pm Sunday. He was killed at once, NNA said.
The body was taken to the al-Rahmah hospital in Arsal.
LBCI said that the perpetrators belonged to the Islamic State group and identified them as Lebanese Ahmed al-Hujeiri and Syrian national Alaa Kahil.
