Hariri Holds Talks with Saudi Ambassador

Al-Mustaqbal Movement leader ex-PM Saad Hariri held talks Sunday at the Center House with Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Walid al-Bukhari.

A terse statement issued by Hariri's office said the discussions tackled “the latest political developments and general situations and the bilateral relations between the two countries.”

Hariri returned to Lebanon from a lengthy vacation abroad on April 17.

Naharnet.com removed my comment but left the replies to it. It said that Lebanese Sunnis, represented by the Hariri clan, sided with Christian minority (25%?) against fellow Muslim Shias in accepting Article 24 of Constitution which gives half of Chamber of Deputies to Christians. KSA probably has a lot to explain in this attitude of Sunni Lebanese, such as holding young Hariri hostage for a month last year.
