The Lebanese delegation included caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Charbel Wehbe, and was joined by the Chargé d'Affairs of the Lebanese Embassy in Kuwait, Basil Oweidat.
Sheikh Nawwaf thanked Aoun, Berri and Diab for their condolences, stressing that Kuwait during his era will stand alongside Lebanon and continue its march of support for the good of its people and its revival, pointing to the position of Lebanon and the Lebanese in the hearts of Kuwaitis.
