U.S. Officials Visit Lebanon for Talks on 'Corruption, Counterterrorism'
A delegation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes (TFFC) office is visiting Beirut from July 19-21, the U.S. Embassy said on Monday.
"They will meet with financial sector interlocutors and civil society groups to engage on issues related to corruption, illicit finance, and counterterrorism," the Embassy added in a statement.

Talk to who? All those that they will with are corrupt to the bones. They should start with Riad Salamah, the biggest crook, then slide down to Aoun and Basil, the kings of crookery, then descend to Beri, the prince of crookery, and lastly to Hariri, who might not be a crook personally, but have facilitated crookery through granting fishy deals to Jihad Al Arab and having few of his party members who reek crookery. So, if the heads are crooks, would the extremities provide details about their leaders to the USA. After all, the US knows full well about all the crooks in Lebanon and with a click of a button they could catch all the Lebanese crooks. But, they come to start having fishy deals with these leaders to serve Israel and its plans. The US was never an honest party and never would it be.
