Al-Rahi Meets Aoun, Urges Quick Govt. Formation
Maronite Patriarch Beshara al-Rahi held talks Friday in Baabda with President Michel Aoun.
Speaking to reporters after the meeting, al-Rahi stressed the need to form a new government “as a gateway for reforms and to reach solutions,” urging the PM-designate and the President to “form the government as soon as possible.”
Lamenting “the situation that we have reached,” the patriarch added: “We are all responsible, each from his position. Let us close ranks and cooperate to be able to overcome this crisis.”
Asked whether there is progress in the government formation process, al-Rahi said “there is progress according to what newspapers are reporting.”

Funny guy indeed. Isn't it better for him to retire from this task. Every time he goes to Baabda, he makes awful mistakes. His mental health should be assessed. he knows beyond any reasonable doubt that Aoun is not sane, and yet, he still visits him. What a joke indeed.
