Euro hits 20-year low against dollar

The euro sank Tuesday to the lowest dollar level since 2002 as data pointed to growing recession risks in the eurozone.

The European single currency dived one percent also as investors eyed aggressive interest rate hikes by the U.S. Federal Reserve.
