Miqati Meets Hariri in Paris to Inquire about his Health

Prime Minister Najib Miqati visited on Saturday ex-PM Saad Hariri to inquire about his health after undergoing surgery recently.
Miqati who headed on Thursday to France on a two-day official visit to meet with top French officials, met with Hariri following treatment from a skiing accident he had in the French Alps in January.
The two officials, according to a statement issued by Hariri’s press office, met at the Future Movement leader’s residence in Paris.
Miqati was tasked to lead a government dominated by Hizbullah after the March 8 forces forced the collapse of Hariri’s government in January 2010.
The statement added that Hariri met with MP Nuhad Mashnouq, who is currently visiting the French Capital.
He also received cables from Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyib Erdogan wishing him a quick recovery.
