Ban Urges 'Immediate' Halt to Rocket Attacks on Israel

U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon called for an immediate halt to rocket attacks on Israel from the Gaza Strip, after talks with Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas on Wednesday.

"I reiterate my call for an immediate cessation of indiscriminate rocket attacks by Palestinian militants targeting Israeli populated centers. This is unacceptable," he told a news conference in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

"Now is the time for diplomacy and stopping the violence," he said, a week into deadly Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip from which militants have been firing hundreds of rockets at the Jewish state.

Yeah Ban, they should just stand idle while IDF massacres them. UN is just as useless and pathetic as ever.

Wrong. If they stop, Israel will stop.

action = reaction!
you play with fire, do not go crying to mama "I burn myself"
the best advice is to leave Lebanon out of this, because I have winessed palestinians killing Lebanese Christians, in their country...
You want to liberate Israel, go do it from another arab/farsi country, leave Lebanon alone...
