you are so wrong in your percentages :)
Christians are a bit over 35% and with the inclusion of the diaspora they become more than 50%, and this is why the shia are trying to delay this part.
moreover and based on the numbers of the last elections: sunnis outnumber shia :)
so go play in your corner and stop your BS.
well joumblat has 2 options:
- shut up and accept it, or
- resign from this cabinet.
this cabinet does not bring stability, thus he should resign, and whatever will happen will happen.
anyway, with or without resigning, things are going in that direction fast now.
the Lebanese people in its majority refuse to be subjected to an elections law that favors one party on another.
As usual, FT and Karim, repeat the same song, and as usual, full of stupidities, which makes me wonder.....
Geagea is such a threat to M8, as he has proven himself to be a stetesman and a person with a vision.
aoun and his associates are just thugs, murderors, and traitors to Lebanon, and each day they prove it.
the more you talk about wahabism, the more stupid you confirm you are :)
go play in the corner with your syro/iranian masters, who will soon discover there is nowhere for them to hide from the grunt of the Lebanese people.
the centrists are your friends and they have no place in M14 :) so deal with it....
last elections m8 was so sure they would win, they were so shocked they lost :) same this time round.
but that is not the concern: this law is not adequate for Christians and all discussions were about at least 43 districts for a true representation and to break the monoplies of the big sectarian parties.
again, this law will not pass....
Go plaay in your corner FT and Co :)
this law will not pass as it is contrary to what was agreed in Bkerki meetings.
nothing less than 43 districts with full expats involvement is acceptable.
this law is tailor made to suit hizbushaitan and his followers, like the senile aoun.
hizbushaitan and their allies will do whatever to reduce the number of m14 MPs ahead of the parliamentary session to vote on this unacceptable election law.
Christian vote is mostly expat vote, and since they are Lebanese, these should be able to vote with the same priviliges of the residents.
hizbushaitan and their followers are afraid from the expat vote, thus they are trying to reduce its effect as much as possible.
the problem is they think they will be able to impose such a law :)
whaatever the outcome, being the attakers, the forces of the syrian regime will be extremely weakened after this battle.
apart from the defections, the FSA is increasing in size each day, and the end of this regime is close. let them wage war in Aleppo while they are leaving the rest of syria open for the resistance to take it over.
