- thwart its main purpose which is the minorities vote representation
- kill the expat vote
this is not at all what was agreed upon in Taef accord, rather it is a twisted version that keeps the shell and empties the inside to thwart its intended meaning, and all that to suit hizbushaitan and fpm who are initially traitors to Lebanon to allow them to keep power.
