regarding the bombings, no, all of them were investigated. and because they never found evidence that it is linked in any way to hezbollah, rather finding links to salafi cells, you cannot say what you say.

you logic is appalling: they found no proof, but you want it so badly to be them so you decide the proof had to have been buried in a drawer. if you think like that then there's no point discussing with you, the only possible verdict in your mind is guilty, so whatever is said/shown to you will be distorted to fit that per-established verdict.
