unpaid electricity bills is a problem all over lebanon, and akkar's residents are as bad with their bills as dahiyeh, and other places. the only difference is that in dahyeh a proper electrical grid was never installed, and the maximum power they ever got was always limited to much less than the rest of lebanon.
