first those "resistance-brigades" are not hezbollah, if you want to play the "xxx-linked" games, then lets talk about the hariri-linked salafi terrorists who planned and conducted deadly attacks against the lebanese people and military members.

second, i still remember when a TV show made fun in a very insulting way of nasrallah, and supporters didnt appreciate and went into almost riots spontaneoulsy. nasrallah's reaction was immediate, and i still remember his words: "yalle bi 7ebne yerja3 3a beyto" ("to those who love me: go back home")
nasrallah and the hezbollah have a steady track record of not responding to petty provocations, why would they do that now (or have any allies of theirs do it) against a friendly TV station? doesnt make sense.

third and last, the reports are not confirmed yet, up to now it's in the hands of ISF and rifi can make that guy they caught say anything he wants. naharnet might plunge willingly into inflammatory accusations, but i want to see how all this will unfold before making any judgement.

second, it seems the guy arrested works for solidere, isnt that interesting? according to the ISF and rifi he belongs to a group that doeesnt exist anymore (resistance brigades) but surprisingly his paychecks come from solidere... take a few minutes to think before bursting out in random accusations, or else you'll end up sounding like the whacko cheikh assir.

sadly, i think this would be unavoidable if they make it illegal. that's what the US's democracy is all about: "you're free to vote, as long as you vote for who we tell you to"

same thing with palestine and hamas, even though i'm not fond of hamas, fact was they won the elections, and israel along with the US supported the fatah in denying them power. that's when they had to take gaza by force, and since the whole area with the people inside has been sealed off and left to die. not to mention the "democracy" they bombed onto iraq.
democracy as they present it is a joke.. a very sad one...
