As i commented before being deleted... the christians can never win in northern iraq or north eastern syria. The west can military destroy any foe, but the real battle can only be won by the sunni kurds and arabs. Only they can defeat mongrel ISIS. Christians only have a local force in lebanon and still its fundamental that they and the sunni, shiite and druze lebanese side with and back the LAF!!! The Lebanese Armed Forces is LEBANON! Maybe democratic values could slowly be introduced over 10-20 years but to remove a strong man leader and then ask a people that know nothing of democracy to invent political parties and develop democratic ideals in a people that know nothing (outside of Baghdad) except desert and camels and religion... then you must blame them for the consequence of isis!

Israel vetoes all deliveries! only chance we had was after the georgian war with russia in 2008 when Putin threatened israel after they found Israeli training of georgian army...still nothing happened! the LAF will never receive any advanced weapons and this is why Hezbollah and the LAF are forced to work closely to defend Lebanon. If the USA and others wants Hezbollah to be pressured they need to arm the LAF who are the only true patriotic establishment left in Lebanon.
