f.t your analysis today is not that great.. there is no excuse for what happened to karam, if you are in lebanon and you shoot your friend by MISTAKE on a hunting trip you land 7 years in jail minimum and a lot of kiss assing to get out let alone if you are convicted in treason.. all that of course applies to third class citizens i.e. not hizzies or march 8ers.

Who really believes that the FPM is an enemy of israel lol?? israel wants Syrian regime in power and hence the western constant hesitation to interfere, nasralah happy about all the above and thus the hizzies/israel/west all in the same bed. A7la chi nasrala how he fools his herd by sayin the US is too 'weak' to interfere in Syria ..lik yeslamli.. as though the US did not bomb the shit out of libya last year and could do the same to Syria, then maliki who came on US tanks does not want the west to interfere in syria. I see this as a plea from lavrov to reach a middle ground and save the regime before it is too late, what he did not say (and acutally inferred in his statement) is that the regime can not defeat the revolution, is time really on the regime's side in this case?..some mathematical objective facts: let's assume this drags on for another year and let us assume that the opposition forces could not "defeat" the regime like lavrov says; nevertheless, we can imagine a protracted resilient guerilla war that gets better armed/trained/efficient versus time and a regime forces' morale and control eroding. Where would the Syrian economy and government institutions be when the majority of syrian territory becomes unsafe? is the regime gaining or losing popular support versus time? Add more defections from the army to the mix..the result in the best case russian scenario is a regime technicaly alive but realisticaly dead

and is time really on the regime's side? where would the economy/institutions/defections be a year from now? what would be the popular support for the regime be even amongst its staunch supporters? lavrov is actually doing the revolution a favor: if the regime is to triumph versus time does lavrov really need to plea for a deal (he is obv asking for one)? or does lavrov know that the recent gains are merely an illusion and that success in attacking people is one thing, occupation is another.

your analysis is totaly wrong, as a matter of fact gaegae represents a considerable political threat to march8 and aoun in particular on the christian front espeically after opening up to islamists of tunis/egypt recently and potentialy to the Syrians in the future. He enjoys at least 40 percent christian support.You gotta be realistic, he is a thorn in aoun's ass since the 80's. Of course it was the hizzies who tried this assasination, why dont you just say it, you obv believe he is your enemy and you want him dead, why dont you just admit that you support political assasination?
