Another nutty analysis!

my dear friend @mckinl, I like you a lot specially your comments about the IMF and the Abyss. But, please can you change your CD? I mean something different, fresh, and unique?

for nine month some people refuse to have others in the government ,
then these same people accept the other to be in the government after 9 month
great but who is responsible for the chaos that is the result of these 9 month mr president ?

Anyone who has followed Lebanese politics will confirm that every time we Lebanese face a crisis situation, our politicians of all sides of the divide will raise the ante and the roof, keep it there for as long as they deem it safe for them, then when the people get so fed up and tired, will come to accept what the politicians originally planned, sadly, the people will do so time after time, with a sigh of relief that finally something was done to address the situation, anything but get a solution, any solution which in the end ends up being what our politicians wanted from the first day. So instead of having translated a negative into an opportunity for the people of Lebanon, the politicians moulded it into a win-win result, for them of course.

Your analysis is too one sided. Saudi may not be innocent, but your blanket statement that all problems will go away if Saudi disappears, is a very black-and-white analysis. Assuming you've been to at least one or two history classes in your life, you know very well that geopolitics and the struggle for power and hegemony is never, ever black and white. So please don't talk about it matter-of-factly as though it is. For example, while Saudi Arabia might not be innocent, the 1000s and 1000s of innocent children killed by the Assad regime is far worse. Why deny one and promote the other?
