دمشق: أي تقاعس في تسليم الحريري وصقر والمقداد يعد خرقا للقانون الدولي

قالت دمشق أنه يتوجب تسليم "المطلوبين" اللبنانيين منها للعدالة كي تحاكمهم رافضة أي "تقاعس" في الموضوع.
وأكد المحامي العام الأول بدمشق محمد مروان اللوجي أن قاضي التحقيق الأول أصدر ثلاث مذكرات توقيف غيابية بحق كل من رئيس الحكومة الأسبق سعد الحريري وعضو كتلة "المستقبل" النائب عقاب صقر والمنسق الإعلامي لدى المجلس الأعلى لـ"الجيش السوري الحر" لؤي المقداد وقام بارسالها عن طريق الإنتربول الدولي.
وأشار اللوجي في تصريح لوكالة "سانا" الرسمية السورية للأنباء إلى "أن الجرائم المرتكبة من قبل المذكورين هي جرائم إرهابية وأن المتورطين فيها إرهابيون يطالهم قانون الإرهاب الدولي".
وكان قد تلقى مكتب الانتربول في قوى الأمن الداخلي عبر الانترنت مساء الثلاثاء من السلطات القضائية السورية مذكرات توقيف بحق الحريري وصقر والمقداد بجريم تسليح "الجيش السوري الحر".
إلا ان مصدرا امنيا أعلن لوكالة "فرانس برس" ان لا علاقة للانتربول الدولي بمذكرات التوقيف.
وأوضح "أنه يتوجب على اي دولة يتواجد فيها هؤلاء المطلوبون تسليمهم للسلطات السورية لتتم محاكمتهم وأن أي تقاعس في تنفيذ هذه المذكرات يعد خرقا للقانون الدولي".
ولفت المحامي العام الأول إلى أنه "تم اخبار النيابة العامة بعد التسجيلات التي كشفت تورط المذكورين في تقديم المال والسلاح للإرهابيين في سوريا ومقتل عدد من الإرهابيين على الحدود السورية اللبنانية الذين دفع بهم الحريري وصقر حيث حركت النيابة العامة دعوى الحق العام بحق النائبين اللبنانيين والمواطن السوري المتورط معهم أمام قاضي التحقيق لينظر بالدعوى ويتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة ومباشرة جمع الأدلة والتحقيقات المتوفرة حول هذا الموضوع".
وشرح "أنه كان من واجب السلطات اللبنانية فور سماع التسجيلات رفع الحصانة عن النائبين المتورطين وتحويلهما إلى القضاء اللبناني أو تسليمهما إلى القضاء السوري بموجب الاتفاقيات الموقعة بين الجانبين".
وأكد المحامي العام الاول في دمشق "أن النيابة العامة تواصل جمع الأدلة ومتابعة ما كشف عنه من تصريحات وتسجيلات هاتفية مسجلة وأنه سيتم تحريك دعوى الحق العام بحق أي شخص يظهر بأنه متورط بأعمال الإرهاب في سوريا".
يُشار الى ان مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر طلب من قاضي التحقيق العسكري رياض أبو غيدا التوسع في ملف النائب والوزير السابق ميشال سماحة الموقوف في قضية نقل متفجرات من سوريا الى لبنان، والاستماع الى مستشارة الرئيس السوري بثينة شعبان كشاهدة، واستجواب المدعى عليه اللواء السوري علي مملوك ولواء في الجيش السوري الذي يدعى "عدنان".

It is always funny and most peculiar, when a regime, such as the Assad Regime, has existed for decades thumping its nose at international law or at any law, when it is aggreived, start to point to the law books and demand arrests in the name of the law.
According to major powers of the international community, the Assad Regime is no longer the legitmate government of Syria.
When you do not live by the law, how can you seek refuge under its protection? The only "law" known by Assad is the law of survival and if this requires breaking the law, then it is broken, and if it requires seeking assistance of the law, then he seeks it.
But this is not how the civilized world works. We have laws, we all live under them and do not seek protection of the law only when it serves our interest.
I suppose he wants an arrest warrant next for the Turkish PM, the King of Saudi Arabia and the Emir of Qatar.
