for me the STL is just another tool in the war against HA, it has the label "UN" on it to give it some sort of credibility, but the UN is not a neutral org, it was never meant to be. it's simply the body through which the big 5 powers govern the rest of the world. it's neither democratic nor equitable.

anyway, as far as i'm concerned, i'm lebanese, and the STL was never legally or constitutionally empowered to takeover our sovereign right to exercise justice. for this it need to be approved by our parliament, but never was.

also, on basis of what are you accusing HA? there is absolutely no proof against them. if we accuse without proof then everybody is guilty, and everybody is innocent, and the very concept of innocence and guilt loses all meaning.

israel's policy of shooting hostages to pressure HA is criminal, if they have a beef with HA they should fight HA, that's what the rules of war say everywhere. deliberately killing civilians is a war crime, and that crime was committed by israel.

as long as we have no proof (besides the telecom data which most certainly was manipulated by mossad, this is why they had spies in the cellular companies) we cannot know who did what. i hope that time will shed light, in the mean time, we should abstain from accusations. i will not say Geagea killed Pierre, i might say i suspect he could have, but i do not know. it should work both ways.
