in the mean time, what is established is that not only he activated the IMEWE fiber link (which had been paid for and ready since years, but blocked by ogero) multiplying internet speeds 8-fold, but also recently handled the buying of a new fiber access through cyprus to increase bandwidth and act as a redundant link in case of tech trouble on the first.
this was in two years, and is more than the -nonexistant- work previously done in 20 years
