now you want to deny abdulrahman's quotes unless you hear them straight from him?
tayb what about nusra claiming responsibility over 49 out 60 suicide attacks since 2011?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Nusra_Front#Attacks
no matter how you turn it, and try to play smart trying to dodge reality, we all know what nusra's role is
It's quite disturbing that so many people here, who probably consider themselves decent human beings, still support the terrorists who blow up people in the streets, mosques, universities, and slice throats of kufars (or have children do it for them http://www.infowars.com/video-syrian-rebels-make-child-behead-prisoner/ )
lebanonfirst: there's a war going on, you can sit on the fence or you can use your right to have an opinion and chose the lesser of two evils. i was against syrian presence in lebanon and got beaten up for that (in 2003, before it became "cool" in 2005), so don't think i'm a big fan of the assads, i just think the alternative is far worth. bashar exited lebanon without a shot fired, it was a good riddance, but ignoring the fact that the tukish/watari/saudi-sponsored groups would re-instate it is naive and short-sighted.
wenger: nusra is just one extermist group, there are may others just like them. besides, what are the estimates you gave based on? is their like an official members' list? i doubt
in any case, they're a dominating force, nobody, even among other rebels will deny this
idris: the hamza case was very disturbing, not opnly because of its atrocity, but also because of the timing and theatrical way it unraveled. the opposition needed a catalyst to radicalize their forces, extremist groups which were into violence had little following, they needed an "icon", a martyr that would rally people to their cause. hamza's killer gave them exactly that. assuming the regime had done this, why would they then leave the body for cameras to find and medias to spin the story on? say the moukhabarat are ruthless, call them evil if you want, but does anyone think they are this stupid? why would assad be offering concessions to appease people (at the time he had just ended the martial law, liberated political prisonners and announced the re-writing of the constitution) and then do something like this to shoot himself in the foot? to me it was a false flag op
you started your comment by dismissing my point "What you just mentioned has nothing to do with story" (while it had everything to do with it) and then continued by diverting the discussion on HA (which actually has nothing to do with the topic at hand)
and you're annoyed that i didnt follow you into your diversion? quite some nerve you got!
re the rest, omg a journalist was in a neighborhood of damascus which got hit by a suicide bomb, he must be behind it! that certainly is the proof everybody was waiting for! i'm sure the 49 attacks that nusra claimed were in reality organized by SANA journalists
there was a lot of false flag indeed, snipers shooting both protesters and policemen. to clear itself the opposition claimed it didnt have weapons, but who still believes that now?
how dare they not let the noble takfiris chop the heads of every villager? it's revolting, the rebels should be able to kill and slaughter and rape undisturbed, or else it's not fair game
