The man says it all in one sentence. The fictitious "interview" is the work of intelligence agencies". Why would Time conduct a secret interview in this manner when they have a permanent correspondent?

One of the very true things he is saying is that the Americans are only in a position to remove dictators they have placed in power, e.g. Bin Ali and Mubarak, or dictators they have supported and protected, e.g. Saddam and Gaddhafi, which they have removed by military action.

I find it incredible that The USA and the West are behind the STL because they are seeking justice for Rafiq Hariri (with all due respect for his political size) when hundreds of political crimes take place every year (e.g. the assassination of Benazir Butu the PM of Pakistan-- a crime that is much easier to solve) and when they themselves commit atrocities left and right throughout the World. Anyone in his right mind would realize that they must have an ulterior purpose.
