Any Christian who does not see this is blind. Although there is secular opposition in Syria, the opposition movement at large is under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood. Anyone who hears the chants "Al 3alaoui 3al Tabout, wil Masi7i 3a bayrout" in the demos can figure that out. Christian leaders like the Patriarch and G. Aoun see this. Those who are under the wing of Al Mustaqbal and its Saudi mentors see it too, but their priorities are different.
The alliance and harmony of the Patriarch + The President + General Aoun is what matters in the Maronite political force. The others are non-entities serving Al Mustaqbal party, which is finished and looking for someone to serve :)
