Palestinians Seek Eurovision Apology over Banned Flag

A senior Palestinian official Saturday demanded an apology from Eurovision song contest organizers after the Palestinian flag was among a list of banned banners at next month's event in Sweden.

Palestine Liberation Organisation second in command Saeb Erakat made the demand in a letter addressed to the president of the European Broadcasting Union, Jean-Paul Philippot.
