حكيم يطالب بـ"آلية واضحة" بملف الامن الغذائي وابو فاعور متمسك بـ"تحرك القضاء"

طالب وزير الاقتصاد آلان حكيم بآلية عمل قانونية-حكومية واضحة في ملف الامن الغذائي، واصفاً الزيارة الاخيرة لإهراءات القمح في مرفأ بيروت بـ"السيرك". في حين شدد وزير الصحة على وجوب تحرك القضاء بملف الفساد.
وفي مؤتمر صحافي عقده حكيم، قبل ظهر الاثنين، شدد حكيم على انه مع حملة الفساد الغذائي "الا اننا ضد طريقة العمل والشكل الذي اتخذه الملف".
من هنا طالب بـ"آلية قانونية-حكومية واضحة من اجل تأمين استمرارية وملاحقة حملة الفساد الغذائي".
واعتبر ان محاربة الفساد لا تبدأ بمحل أو مطعم معين بل بالملفات الحكومية المهمة وعلى صعيد النطاق العالي.
اما عن الزياة الاخيرة الى اهراءات القمح في مرفأ بيروت في 30 كانون الاول الفائت، الى جانب وزير الصحة وائل ابو فاعور ووزير الزراعة أكرم شهيب، فقال حكيم انها تحولت آنذاك "الى مهرجان اعلامي و"سيرك"".
واذ اكد ان الاهراءات "بحالة سليمة وقد جرت تحسينات فيها"، أعلن انه سيتم اعتماد "سياسة الابواب المفتوحة امام الاعلام والرأي العام في الاهراءات لكي يبدوا ملاحظاتهم".
ورأى ان البيان الذي صدر عن وزارة الصحة يوم الجمعة الفائت، "متدن وهو اهانة لمجلس النواب ولمجلس الوزراء ولموظفي وزارة الاقتصاد".
وقال حكيم: "نحن نريد حماية المواطن اللبناني وتعزيز الجودة ولا نريد ان نخرب بيته وذلك ضمن اطار تحسين الامن الغذائي وليس ضربه".
من جانبه، جال وزير الصحة، الاثنين، على مرفأ طرابلس حيث تفقد اهراءات السكر، مشيداً بدور الاعلام في الحملة، بالقول ان "الاعلام هو الحليف الابرز الذي وقف الى جانب المواطن بحملة الامن الغذائي".
ولفت الى ان مخزن السكر في المرفأ غير مستوف للشروط الصحية، مشدداً على انه من من مسؤولية وزارتي الصحة و الاقتصاد الرقابة على السكر الموجود بالمرفأ.
وكشف عن ان هناك كمية من السكر المنتهي الصلاحية دخلت الى الأسواق اللبنانية من أجل الاستهلاك.
واكد على ان كل التقارير بحوزة وزارة الصحة ستُحال الى القضاء لإتخاذ التدابير اللازمة.
يُذكر ان "حرب بيانات" اندلعت يوم الجمعة بين حكيم وابة فاعور على خلفية سلامة الغذاء وبالاخص قضية السكر الفاسد في مرفأ طرابلس، وبلغت حد دعوة ابو فاعور، وزير الاقتصاد الى الاستقالة، ما استدعى رداً من حكيم "واصفاً ما تقوم به وزارة الصحة بأنه عبارة عن سيرك" وان أبو فاعور "يريد تحويل قضايا الناس الصحية مهرجاناً استعراضياً".

bou faour did his best to devastate the little food industries we had. what israelis didnt destroy in 2006 bou faour did in 2014... i wonder what is in it for him... i say we watch the "rehabilitation" tenders very closely, as well as the origin and importers of new products that will take the place of local ones.

Power to Wael Abou Faour for doing his job.
Fighting corruption has to start somewhere. I wonder what powerful commercial interest is "influencing" Alain Hakim.
Given that our judiciary is on planet Uranus, I suggest that the "media circus" should start investigating Hakim.

who says it really benefits the people? some doubts have been cast on the way the tests were conducted, and he pinned down hundreds of restaurants and factories where hundreds of thousands of people ate without anyone being sick... so who did he save? what did he do beside promote his own image and destroy the fragile economy?

no one got sick is an indication that maybe there wasnt anything wrong in the food to start with.
also, no one sick means if any work had to be done, it could have be done smoothly, without trumpeting it all over the medias, ruining restaurants and closing down major factories that thousands of people relied on for their jobs!
seems like bou faour's "cure" did more damage than the original problem.

Enough of minimizing the status of quality of our government institutions where negligence, compelling decay in health concerns looks like more important than ones IMAGE. Ministry of ... who cares what, A mess is a mess, and people's lives are far more critical than any minister. This should be our last life line wheather Hakim or abu Faour. MINISTERS come and leave fast, their ministries should be accountable all times.
