انتقادات للحكومة من الأكثرية والمعارضة...سجال عوني مع حمادة واعتراض كتائبي على كلام قباني

تميزت أولى جلسات مناقشة الحكومة في البرلمان الثلاثاء بانتقادات لها من جانب المعارضة ومن جانب الأكثرية أيضا، كما شهدت سجالا حادا بين تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" وبين النائب مروان حمادة امتد سريعا إلى الجبهة الإشتراكية. كذلك لفت اعتراض كتائبي على كلام لعضو كتلة "المستقبل" النائب محمد قباني عن قانون الإنتخاب.
وفي التفاصيل دعا نائب رئيس مجلس النواب فريد مكاري رئيس الحكومة نجيب ميقاتي الى الاستقالة قائلاً "استقل يا دولة الرئيس قبل أن تخسر كل رصيدك. استقل قبل ان تفقد كل مصداقيتك في حكومة لا تشرّف".
وتابع متوجهاً الى ميقاتي، "اصبحت منبوذاً من الجهتين، الجهة التي طعنتها، والجهة التي أغرتك بجنة الحكم. لا الأولى مستعدة لتسامحك، ولا الثانية يمكن أن ترحمك. والأهم الأهم أنك خسرت نفسك، بترؤسك أسوأ حكومة في تاريخ لبنان".
وفي كلمته قال مكاري، أن هذه الحكومة "منتهية الصلاحية، حكومة اكثرية مزورة، تركيبتها مقلدة ووعودها مغشوشة".
بدوره وصف عضو كتلة "القوات اللبنانية" النائب أنطوان زهرا، الحكومة بـ"حكومة تعليق للدستور"، قائلاً "أنا رأيي الشخصي ألا نمتعكم بالحصول على الثقة وأنتم لم يعد أحد يثق بكم. عودوا إلى ضميركم".
وتابع بالقول "أنا أطلب من قوى الأمر الواقع تأمين حمايتي الشخصية كي أستطيع المشاركة في الإنتخابات النيابية المقبلة بشكل متكافىء الفرص".
ودعا النائب روبير غانم "للبدء في حوار جدي في مجلس النواب كي نتوصل إلى تأمين غطاء يحمي لبنان واللبنانيين في هذه المرحلة".
وشدد في كلمته على ان تكون "حكومتنا واحدة لا حكومات داخل حكومة"، مشيراً الى أن "محور أزمتنا اليوم هو في نفسيتنا الوطنيّة العامة".
ثم كان كلام لعضو تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب إميل رحمة حمل سوء أداء الحكومة إلى ما سماه "الحمل الثقيل" من الحكومات السابقة "التي أورثتنا 60 مليار دولار ديون" .
إلا أن رحمة قال أنه "غير راض" عن أدائها.
وعندما غمز رحمة من النائب مروان حمادة على محطة الباروك التي علم انها كان مركز للتنصت على المكالمات الهاتفية، رد الأخير قائلا أن أصحاب المحطة "عونيين اثنين وشخص من حزب الله".
وعندما حان وقت كلام حماده طلب عضو "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب حكمت ديب الكلام متهما إياه بالوقوف وراء التنصت في محطة الباروك فاستاء حماده من "البلطجة" على أما أسماها وهنا صرخ النائب رحمة من مقعده وقال "وقف يا مروان وقف" فما كان من نواب "جبهة النضال الوطني" إلى الطلب من رحمة السكوت.
وهنا ثار رحمة وقال مقتربا إلى النواب "أنا لا أسكت أنا لا أسكت".
وتابع حماده بعدها بالقول "لا يجوز أن يكون النأي بالنفس إلى جانب القتلة ونقول أن ذلك حفاظاً على الإستقرار اللبناني"، في اشارة الى نظام الرئيس بشار السوري حيث قتل آلاف المواطنين اثر موجة احتجاجية مطالبة باسقلط النظام".
وأضاف "لن نقبل أن يحل السلاح مكان البطاقة الإنتخابيّة"، مشيراً الى سلاح حزب الله.
كما لفت إلى أن "قوات الأمن تبنت نهجا متراخيا في ممارسة واجباتها فيما الميليشيا تتمتع بالحرية في لبنان".
من جهته ذكّر النائب سيمون أبي رميا أن "الفترة بين 1992 و1998 ادت الى شل مؤسسات الدولة على حساب الشعب. اكثر من مليون لبناني اجبروا على الهجرة نتيجة ممارسة الحكومة حينها".
وفي جلسات بعد الظهر أبدى عضو كتلة "الكتائب" النائب فادي الهبر قلقه "من عدم نشر الجيش على الحدود وترسيمها على الأقل من جهة واحدة بالإتفاق مع النظام السوري حليف الحكومة".
في المقابل أشار عضو كتلة "المستقبل" النائب محمد قباني إلى أن "وزراة الطاقة هي أم الفضائح ووزير الطاقة استبدل الوزارة بجيش من المستشارين وشركة تنظم له الفساد".
وأردف "من يتربع على مقعد هذه الوزارة بسبب الوضع الشخصي وليس بسبب شعبيته ويلعب منفردا بالميارات خارج الأطر الدستورية يجسد الفساد الهائل في وقت يئن فيه المواطنون من الغلاء".
ودعا قباني إلى إحالة وزير الطاقة والمياه جبران باسيل إلى "المجلس الأعلى لمحاكمة الرؤساء والوزراء بتهمة الفساد وهدر المال العام".
ويشار إلى أن قباني قال أن "انتخاب كل طائفة لنوابها يعني نهاية لبنان الموحد" فما كان من منسق اللجنة المركزية في حزب الكتائب النائب سامي الجميل إلا أن قال "أنا أعترض".
فرد عليه قباني "إعترض يا شيخ سامي إذا كنت تشاء ولكن أنا أتعهد أنني أسافر إذا أقر هذا القانون".
فبادر رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري ممازحا بالقول "تعوا لكن نقر القانون".
وبعدها أسف النائب محمد محمد حجار في كلمته على أنه "تقدمنا بعدة استجوابات ولم يحدد أي موعد لجلسات الإستجواب في موضوع المازوت والحدود فما هو السبب وما هي الحجج؟".
وسأل عضو كتلة "الوفاء للمقاومة" النائب نوار الساحلي: "أين الطائف وأين العلاقة مع سوريا؟ أين لبنان اولا في التظاهرات كل يوم وضد النظام..يسمعون لفيلتمان (سفير أميركا السابق) وما أدراك من فيلتمان".
كذلك دعا الساحلي الحكومة والقضاء "للتحرك بسرعة للتحقيق مع شهود الزور طالما أن ما يسمى المحكمة ذات الطابع الدولي قالت أن ذلك ليس من اختصاصها".
وسأل عن صمت الحكومة تجاه إطلاق النار على حجاج شيعة منذ أسبوعين على الحدود مع سوريا وسقوط جرحى وقتلى.

slash why do you have to get personal on everything? anyway, thanks to FPM we now have 3.9G and I can interact via internet wherever I am. Maybe when you left the country during the Harriri era we were still in the dark ages but now... so maybe you should pass by for a few days, I am sure at the end of your trip you'll ask for an FPM membership

If I want really to assess things I find that 20 years of harriri rule got us into 60 obillion debts , no electricity , no infrastructure , no water , nothing
As for electricity the harriri governments fired the late George's Ferm who had a Comprehensive plan for electricity if it was applied then we had 24 24 electricity
And this government at least put a plan for electricity , for extracting oil and gaz and it is only in power for less than a year

1/traffic jams haven t been solved = still in the dark ages
2/buildings built anywhere in anarchy = still in dark ages
3/nobody controls the prices giving way to increases with no reason = still in dark ages
4/ salaries lower than ever = still in dark ages
5/ infrastructure = still in dark ages
6/ no plan to create efficient public transportations ( taxi boat, trains tramways...)= still in dark ages
7/ corruption still as high as in the syrian ages = still in dark ages
8/people still die in front of hospitals = still in dark ages
we can go on...
but i guess as long as kesrwenh has 3G lebanon is a developped country and he praises his FPM team for that!

By the power of hizbushaitan weapons and pressure, this government cannot be made to fall democratically, thus all these discussions are useless.
we return to the same point: hizbushaitan has to turn over its weapons to the army, or to hell with them with whatever is going to happen.

Who caused the red diesel crisis, who shut down investigation on the active drub lab, who shut down investigation on who bought and inported spoiled meat from Israel? Who is sending killers to Syria? Who is covering up for ASSad who killed the Shia cameraman? Who is sheltering wanted criminals in the Harriri murder? Who builds on church and govt land illegally?
