منظمة العفو الدولية تطالب بالتحقيق في وفاة نادر البيومي تحت التعذيب

طالبت منظمة العفو الدولية اليوم الثلاثاء بالتحقيق في قضية تعذيب مناصرين للشيخ احمد الاسير بعد المعارك التي انتهت بسيطرة الجيش اللبناني على مربعه الامني، ووفاة احد هؤلاء تحت التعذيب.
وقالت المنظمة في بيان انه على "السلطات اللبنانية فتح تحقيق شامل في مقتل نادر البيومي (35 عاما) تحت الاعتقال، بعد توقيفه اثر الاشتباكات بين الجيش اللبناني والمناصرين المسلحين للشيخ أحمد الاسير" في صيدا.
وقالت منظمة العفو ان العديد من الاشخاص اوقفوا بعد هذه المعارك "وتعرضوا للتعذيب على يد الجيش اللبناني واجهزة الاستخبارات".
وعرضت المنظمة في تقريرها شهادات لثلاثة اشخاص احتجزوا واطلق سراحهم في وقت لاحق، بينهم فتى في الـ 15 من العمر.
وافاد الثلاثة عن تعرضهم للتعذيب والاستجواب تحت الضغط، واعتماد الشدة في التعامل معهم لجهة الضرب او "الصدمات الكهربائية"، في محاولة لدفعهم الى الاقرار بمشاركتهم مع الاسير، بحسب ما قالوا.
واشار اثنان الى انهما ارغما على توقيع افادات من دون قراءتها. واشار الفتى الى انه تمكن من قراءة عبارتي "اكياس الرمل" و"الاسير"، ورفض التوقيع. ونقلت المنظمة عنه قوله ان محققا "نزع الاصفاد عني، وامسك بيدي وهو يكتب اسمي على الافادة... وبعدها اطلق سراحي".
وتمكن الجيش في 24 حزيران الماضي من السيطرة على مسجد الاسير والمباني المحيطة به في بلدة عبرا بشرق صيدا، بعد اكثر من 24 ساعة من المعارك العنيفة مع انصار الشيخ المناهض لحزب الله الشيعي والنظام السوري.
وكانت افادت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام الاثنين ان قاضي التحقيق العسكري اصدر مذكرات توقيف بحق ضابط واربعة عسكريين "نتيجة تداعيات احداث عبرا (...) في جرم مخالفة التعليمات العسكرية واساءة استعمال السلطة والتسبب بوفاة عن غير قصد".
وتوارى الاسير منذ ذلك الحين عن الانظار، قبل ان يبث الاسبوع الماضي تسجيلا صوتيا اتهم فيه حزب الله بقيادة المعركة التي ادت الى مقتل 18 عنصرا من الجيش و20 من مناصريه.

what a shame of you to damn a whole nation because of actions of individuals who only represent themselves. Then it is the right of the whole world to treat all lebanese as terrorists because of some parties actions. Thank you for this "welcome" in your country. FYI we consider Lebanon as a second home and we love it and this is the stand of majority of Palestinians. SHAME ON YOU this is clear racism to your fellow Arab brothers.

you dont tell me what shame is, and i no lessons to take from you. i do not damn a whole nation and if you had ever read my posts you would see that i support the palestinian cause and i support hezbollah in fighting zionist schemes in the area.
i however curse and damn the palestinian men who take part in actions against the country that welcomed them, those who spread chaos in our country, and were shooting at our army's back from the camps while they were taking on the terrorist assir.

a country with no laws such as lebanon cant have a 'swiss' army, our army steps on the law like everyone else, and it needs military courts when they do so. Those held by justice need correction pronto!
