Fleas Raid Halba Serail in Akkar

إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربية W460

Maintenance and cleaning workers rushed to the Halba Serail in the northern province of Akkar on Friday to spray pesticides to get rid of an outbreak of fleas, rats and cats.

The “invasion” forced the employees of the Serail to quit the building, news reports said.

Unnamed sources from the Serail told Voice of Lebanon radio (93.3) that poor hygiene was the reason behind the fleas outbreak in addition to the spread of pests, untamed trees and garbage around the premises.

Meanwhile, Halba municipality chief, Said Halabi, attributed the reason to a dead dog close by.

What's wrong? Everybody knows that the Sunnis are filthy and crazy, and wherever there is filth there are bugs and mosquitoes... Relax guys. This is scientific.

It's a fact that Sunnis have become filthier and crazier, but of course there are exceptions. For example, Dr. Geagea is crazy but not filthy, and the same applies to the other Sunnis such as Dr. Fares Soaid and Samir Franjieh, to name a few. And then there are a few that are still sane, but it's only a matter of time. So what's all this uproar?

Ah, got to live insects. They are more capable than the Lebanese people.

They can kick out our politicians from buildings. Send them to Beirut to do our job here.

Naharnet is mouth piece for Geagea the criminal and it goes to show you what he really feels about Hariri. Time for the Sunni's and Shia's to join forces and put the war criminal in his place.

Reading the comments is always more entertaining than the story itself. Black attacks White, White retaliates, Black and White supporters intervene... and one little Grey tries to rationalize and calm the escalation. Lebanese will always stay Lebanese no matter who is in power, no matter what their religion is, and no matter what is the initial subject of the story.
