Main Suspect in France Gas Car Probe Swore Allegiance to IS

The main suspect in the case of a car found near Notre Dame cathedral in Paris packed with gas cylinders had sworn allegiance to Islamic State jihadists, a source close to the investigation said Friday.

U.N. Watchdog: N. Korea Nuclear Test 'Deeply Troubling'
