درباس وضع "خريطة طريق" للنازحين السوريين: المخيمات لن تُنشأ الا بإرادة لبنانية

شدد وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية رشيد درباس على ان المؤسسات الدولية تؤكد على ان المخيمات للاجئين السوريين لن تُنشأ الا بإرادة لبنانية، كاشفاً عن "خريطة طريق" وضعها بتكليف من رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام تخص النازحين.
وفي حديث الى صحيفة "السياسة" الكويتية، الأحد، أوضح درباس ان "ما ذكر عن تحضيرات لبنانية دولية لإقامة مخيمات للاجئين السوريين غير دقيق".
ولفت الى ان الحكومة ومن خلال وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية على اتصال دائم بالمنظمات الدولية وبالمفوضية الدولية لشؤون اللاجئين، التي "تؤكد أنها لن تقيم مخيمات إلا بإرادة الحكومة اللبنانية".
يُذكر ان صحيفة "النهار"، كانت قد أفادت السبت، ان "الأمم المتحدة تسعى الى إقامة مخيمات للاجئين السوريين داخل الاراضي اللبنانية وبعيدا من الحدود مع سوريا وخطوط التماس بين المسلحين السوريين"، وذلك ضمن نقاشات مع الحكومة.
من جهة أخرى، كشف درباس، عبر "السياسة"، ان رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام كلفه وضع خريطة طريق، قائلاً: "وضعت مشروعاً سلمته له وسيكون موضع نقاش في القريب العاجل في اللجنة الوزارية المختصة بالملف السوري".
وتابع "قبل أن تجتمع اللجنة ويجري النقاش لا نستطيع القول إن الحكومة اللبنانية قد بلورت موقفها من موضوع المخيمات، باعتبار أن هذه الحكومة لم ترث خطة واضحة من الحكومة السابقة التي تعاملت مع الموضوع على أن مسألة النزوح مؤقتة ولبضعة أشهر".
"هذا يقتضي التصدي للمسألة بجهد أكبر ومشروع متكامل وهذا ما نحن عاكفون عليه، وأعتقد أن الحكومة ستصل إلى موقف موحد قريباً، أضاف درباس.
وأعلن ان "الحكومة ستقترح على الأمم المتحدة إقامة مخيمات للاجئين السوريين في المناطق السورية الهادئة"، بعد ان كانت قد اقترحت اقامة "مخيمات في المناطق الواقعة بين حدودي لبنان وسوريا وهذا لم نجد تجاوباً فيه من قبل الأمم المتحدة".
بدورها، أشارت منسقة الإعلام في مفوضية اللاجئين بلبنان جويل عيد، في حديث الى صحيفة "الشرق الاوسط"، السبت، الى أن "المفوضية وبعد تزايد عدد اللاجئين بشكل غير مسبوق أصبحت ترى أن إنشاء مخيمات أمر ضروري، لكنه لا يزال يحتاج إلى قرار سياسي".
ولفتت الى ان "المفوضية، وبالتعاون مع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، أعدت دراسات حول الأماكن التي يمكن أن توضع فيها المخيمات، وهي في معظمها بالشمال والبقاع، حيث بالإمكان تشييدها وفق المعايير المطلوبة".
ويشهد لبنان منذ بدء الازمة السورية في آذار 2011، نزوح سوري كثيف تخطة عتبة المليون لاجئ مسجل لدى المفوضية العليا لشؤون النازحين، في حين لا يستطيع لبنان ماديا واقتصادياً وحغرافياً من استيعاب هذه الاعداد الهائلة.

I dont think any country in the world has paid as big a price for refugees as Lebanon has. We've had Palestinian refugees for the past 60+ years, and what did they do? They started a civil war and killed thousands of Lebanese. Then they go off and start the skirmish in Nahr El Bared in 2007 which left hundreds of our soldiers dead.
Now we have more than a million Syrian refugees that are straining our resources, while the wealthy Gulf Arab states dont take in a single refugee but instead sit back and laugh at us. When is enough, enough? Why do we always have to take care of other people's problems and wars? How do we know that, if camps are set up for the Syrian refugees, the wont still be here 70 years from now, as with the Palestinians?

coolmec, khalijis already financing every bit in Lebanon, from army to turism, finance, etc... + employing 300k+ lebanese...
If ur governement was blocking hizbos we wouldnt have as much refugees...

we lebanese made a great acheivement in kicking out the syrians but we had to kick out all that Lebanese politicians from that period especially those who used to take their orders from the Syrian regime ( now 14 of March )

but you ( 14 of March ) already started to make of our country an arabic state on the Saoudian standards ..when you licenced the most fanatic partys in Lebanon .. like (salafis ) and ( Liberation party .. state of Lebanon ) .. and gave the lebanese nationality to 300.000 sunni syrians and made of Lebanon the first country in History where the rate of analphabetism increase instead of decreasing

I don't think you can compare this to the Palestinian exodus in 1948 because the Syrians have a home to go back to, while the Palestinians did not and thus they have the camps. Hopefully in a year or so, these one million Syrians are back in their country that is not torn by war.

since 3000 years and those syrians are dreaming of swallowing Lebanon , at that time they were called Assyrians .. these people learn in their fake history book that lebanon was part of Syria and sikes-Picot splitted it from syria ,as if Lebanon was part of it before or during the ottoman's occupation !!.. they speak of a fertile crescent , which a greek designation given by a foreigner in the 7th century BC on the region where same language(Aramaic) was spoken.. and they feign to ignore that the Greeks themselves distinguished the Phoenicians and never called them Syrians .. they speak of the GREAT SYRIA .. another designation made by the foreign roman Emperor Pompey 64BC when he invaded Syria - Phoenicia - palestine .. and they ignore that these designations disappeared when the invadors left, and our country got back its sovregnity
