العلماء المسلمون: المسلحون بدأوا بالإنسحاب من عرسال وبدء مفاوضات للإفراج عن 27 أسيرا على قيد الحياة

أعلن وفد العلماء المسلمين الذي فاوض المسلحين في عرسال أنهم بدأوا بالإنسحاب إلى خارج الأراضي اللبنانية، معلنا بدء مفاوضات جديدة معهم حول أسرى الجيش وعناصر الأمن البالغ عددهم 27 عنصرا.
لكن الإشتباكات تجددت مساء على أكثر من محور لفترة قصيرة. كما قطعت طرقات عدة في البقاع كتعنايل والمصنع وفي بيروت كالمدينة الرياضية كما في الشمال احتجاجا على منع أهالي اللبوة نقل المساعدات إلى عرسال.
وقال الشيخ حسام الغالي من رأس بعلبك بعد مفاوضات قام بها الوفد مع المسلحين في المستشفى الميادني بعرسال واصطحب معه ثلاثة عناصر عسكرية عند انتهائها "إستطعنا الوصول إلى بداية حلحلة تتلخص أولا بالإفراج عن عسكريين وسحب المسلحين من عرسال".
وأضاف "طلبنا حقن الدماء والمحافظة على المدنيين وإجلاء الجرحى"، مشيرا إلى أن "الحاجة ملحة إلى مساعدات غذائية في عرسال وهناك جرحى يجب مساعدتهم".
وأضاف "طلبنا تمديد وقف إطلاق النار لـ24 ساعة وهذه خطوة إيجابية والخطوة الثانية هي أن المسلحين بدأوا الخروج منذ هذه اللحظة من عرسال ومن تفاوضنا معهم قالوا أنهم يستطيعوا إقناع كل الفصائل الأخرى".
وشدد على عدم السماح "بأن يمس بالمدنيين السوريين والمسلمين بعد انسحاب المسلحين"، مضيفا "ما تبقى من المسلحين تعهد بالإنسحاب من عرسال وأن يتم الإنسحاب غدا على ألا يتعرضوا لإطلاق النار لأن ذلك يضرب العملية التفاوضية بالكامل".
وردا على سؤال أجاب متحدث آخر باسم الوفد "الجيش سيبقى في مواقعه وستتألف لجنة من أهالي عرسال لمتابعة باقي الأمور".
أما ما بقي من الأسرى فـ"ستبدأ الهيئة بالمفاوضات مع الملسحين على إطلاق سراحهم لكنها عملية صعبة وكل الأسرى على قيد الحياة".
وأوضح أن "المخيمات كانوا بحماية الجيش اللبناني وكان سابقا يفتشها ولم يجد سلاحا لكن بعد القصف خرج الناس منها ولم نعد نحن مسؤولين عن المخيمات" في إشارة إلى عمليات اعتداء على الجيش من داخلها.
وكشف الوفد أنه "لا يزال هناك 17 عنصرا مخطوفا من قوى الأمن و10 من الجيش".
لكن الوفد كرر أن "لا خبز ولا ماء في عرسال"، سائلا "إذا تسرع بعض المدنيين السوريين أو اللبنانيين هل يجوز التعميم على كل بلدة عرسال؟ نريد أن تعود عرسال إلى سابق عهدها ونؤمن بالجيش ونتوقع خيرا في الساعات القادمة".
وختم قائلا "الجيش مساعد ومسهل وهو يتصرف بوحي من السلطة التنفيذية واليوم عرسال تدفع ضريبة عن الدولة اللبنانية وهناك 10 شهداء من أبناء عرسال دافعوا عن الجيش وقوى الأمن".
وعن المفرج عنهم اليم سلّم اثنان من هؤلاء إلى عائلاتهما والثالث ما زال مع الوفد وهو من الضنية.
إلى ذلك، منع أهالي من بلدة اللبوة مرور قافلة مساعدات إلى عرسال. وقال رئيس بلدية اللبوة لقناة الـ"MTV" أن "الدولة ليست موجودة في عرسال فلمن هذه المساعدات وممكن أن تكون لداعش والنصرة لذلك لن نقبل بذلك".
وأضاف "فليبينوا عن حسن نية ويطلقوا سراح عناصر الجيش وحينئذ تمر المساعدات".
ميدانيا أفادت قناة الـ"MTV" أن "عشرات الاسرى من "داعش" في قبضة الجيش اللبناني في عرسال".
وكان قد أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" صباحا ان الاشتباكات في عرسال تجددت على محور رأس السرج المهنية وعين عطا ووادي الرعيان.
من جانبها، نقلت الـLBCI عن رئيس بلدية عرسال علي الحجيري قوله ان "جزءاً كبيراً من المسلحين انسحب من عرسال ولا يزال يتواجد جزء بسيط على الاطراف".
كما لفتت الى ان أهالي عرسال أكدوا أنهم لم يلحظوا صباح الاربعاء اي وجود مسلح في بلدتهم في حين ان الجيش واصل أعمال التمشيط عند أطراف البلدة.
يُذكر ان وفداً من الهيئة برئاسة الشيخ سالم الرافعي كان قد توجه الى عرسال ليل الاثنين-الثلاثاء للتفاوض مع المسلحين الا ان الموكب تعرض لإطلاق نار ادى الى اصابة الرافعي برجله فضلاً عن اصابة شخصين آخرين من الوفد.
وتمكن الصليب الاحمر اللبناني بعد جهد واتصالات من اخراج الرافعي من عرسال ونقله الى المستشفى اذ انه كان بحاجة الى عملية جراحية.
ومفاوضات الوفد أفضت الى الافراج عن ثلاثة عناصر من اصل 20 عنصرا في قوى الامن الداخلي كانوا يحتجزونهم المسلحين.
وشن مسلحون السبت هجوما على مواقع للجيش في محيط عرسال، اثر قيام الاخير بتوقيف جهاديا سوريا اسمه عماد احمد جمعة. وقال الجيش ان جمعة اعترف بانتمائه الى "جبهة النصرة"، ذراع القاعدة في سوريا. بيد ان حسابات جهادية على مواقع التواصل، تداولت شريطا مصورا لجمعة، يعلن فيه حديثا مبايعته زعيم تنظيم "الدولة الاسلامية" ابو بكر البغدادي.

but these achievements clearly deny hizbushaitan claims:
- the army is more than qualified to defend lebanon
- hizbushaitan fighting in syria did not prevent what is going on
- ....

The army and HA complete each other and cooperate. It is not one versus the other.
The army has my full respect and support, but let's not blind ourselves: the fight is far from over, and the sad truth is that they are struggling just with 1 village occupied by a bunch of terrorists. They barely have enough ammo and equipments for that task, and they have to wait while our politicians beg France to release weapons paid by Saudi...
What would happen if several villages were simultaneously overrun for ISIS/da3esh/whatever? What would happen if israel attacked? Would France still provide us with weapons (assuming they end up doing it now, it would be much less likely if we needed weapons against israel)
Your bias due to hatred for HA makes you see thing constantly as army or resistance, while in reality they both need each other, support each other, and complete each other.

The army is much wiser than that, they have no reason to stop HA from securing the border with Syria. I trust whatever decision the army makes, it will be reasonable and the resistance will abide by it.
The army command knows very well the risks of having villages on the syrian side of the border crawling with takfiri freaks.
When HA went in, you guys like to forget that quseyr was crawling with anywhere between 5 and 10 thousand terrorist fighters, which had no logical strategic reason besides preparing an attack on the bekaa. Check out a map, see how quseyr is situated at the top of the bekaa plateau, it's an open corridor without even mountains to slow them down.

The army couldnt go inside syria, but HA could, with the syrian command's full blessing. If they hadent done this, we wouldnt be dealing with just one problem in arsal (the one area that remained a safe haven for terror thanks to m14 cover), we would have the same situation in dozens of villages in the northen part of the bekaa.

FT - M14 is at the forefront of disarming all militias in Lebanon. This included Palestinians, Syrian and Lebanese militias. Indeed, it was the Hizb that opposed the disarming of Palestinians in the camp and not m14.

Rayan - ISIL was about to be wiped out by the Syrian opposition was it not for the support of the Syrian regime that provided air and artillery support to ISIL as well as launching massive attacks on the rebels - enabling ISIL to survive and expand on the expense of the rebels. Now is ISIL bad? Very bad. Indeed terribly bad. But ISIL will become stronger and stronger as we do not build the institution of governance including a strong army. Sectarian militias like Hezbollah is a major cause for the rise of ISIL. Hezbollah was instrumental in the Syrian regime assault on the rebels that relieved ISIL. In addition, A shia Hezb and Salafi ISIL feed on each other and highlighting the sectarian aspect of the conflict. The only is to build our army: Arm it, instill a draft and set up a national reserve like they have in Israel (with all of its evil). If we love our nation, we have to do more than just type on naharnet.

Truth be told. Isis was only able to thrive in areas whose Sunni inhabitants supported them. Arsel did not support their operation into Lebanon although they did support them against Assad. Embrace your brethren and aid them that is the only way. The majority of the Sunni population of Lebanon have proven themselves worthy of being Lebanese before anything else.

Some of the people on this forum are stupid. "The army can't go into Syria but Hezbollah could with Syria's blessing" or whatever nonsense, are you insane? If Hezbollah was a resistance like it claims, it should have stayed in Lebanon and helped the army protect the border. It's because Hezbollah went to fight in Syria that all these damn terrorists are attacking the army. Even now while the army is being attacked, Hezbollah is staying in Syria and letting the ill-equipped army fight alone. So much for resistance.

Keyword "most" of its fighters, and even that part is debatable is we don't know how many fighters Hezbollah actually has. Regardless, ALL of their fighters should be in Lebanon. Then 14 March wouldn't mind them fighting ISIS inside Lebanon, as they would be fighting all types of aggression, not just Israeli aggression.

But then again it stopped being a resistance a long time ago. Those who support Hezbollah don't even realise that Hezbollah needs Israel. They need Israel because if they weren't occupying Shebaa Farms (which really belongs to Syria), Kfarshouba Hills and Ghajar, then Hezbollah's weapons would be illegitimate. Hezbollah does not plan on liberating these territories because if they are liberated, Hezbollah can no longer claim they are resisting Israeli aggressions on Lebanese sovereignty, which is the reason for their existence.
