"400 سجين من رومية وفدية" مقابل العسكريين المخطوفين... والمشنوق الى قطر الاثنين

تسلم الوفد القطري الذي زار بلدة عرسال أمس الجمعة لائحة مطالب من خاطفي العسكريين من بينها الافراج عن مساجين في رومية ومبلغ من المال، الا أن وزير الداخلية والبلديات نهاد المشنوق الذي سيتوجه الى قطر بعد غد الاثنين، نفى علمه بوجود اي موفد قطري في لبنان.
وقال المشنوق السبت في حديث الى صحيفة "النهار" أن لا علم له بوجوداي موفد رسمي أو امني قطري على الاراضي اللبنانية، مشيرا الى أن "المعلومات المتداولة تقول ان هناك موفدا غير قطري".
وذكر انه "من المرجح ان الوفد غير القطري في لبنان حصل على ضمانات لعدم إلحاق أي أذى بأي من المخطوفين من تنظيم داعش و"جبهة النصرة".
ووصف المشنوق اجتماع خلية الازمة الذي رأسه رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام الجمعة في السرايا بأنه كان "ممتازا"، ووضعت خلاله خطة تحرّك شاملة وخصوصا في اتجاه أهالي المخطوفين والجيش والقوى الامنية. وسيكون الاجتماع التالي للخلية الاسبوع المقبل.
ومن المقرر أن يزور وزير الداخية قطر بعد غد الاثنين يرافقه المدير العام للامن العام اللواء عباس إبرهيم لحضور اجتماع الامانة العامة لوزراء الداخلية العرب.
وستكون الزيارة فرصة لإجراء مشاورات مع الجانب القطري في شأن تطورات قضية المخطوفين. وقال المشنوق في هذا الصدد إن دولة قطر "لا يأتي من مساعيها إلا الخير على لبنان".
في هذا الاطار، أفادت اذاعة صوت لبنان 93.3 السبت أن "الوفد القطري تسلم لائحة مطالب الخاطفين أبرزها الافراج عن 400 موقوف إسلامي في السجون اللبنانية وطلب مبلغ خمسة ملايين دولار".
وهذا ما أكدته قناة الـ LBCI ايضا، اذا قالت أن "جبهة النصرة والدولة الاسلامية يصران على مبدأ مقايضة العسكريين بسجناء رومية مع دخول المعطى المالي خط المفاوضات".
وأفادت مصادر قضائية للقناة عينها أن "الوسيط القطري غادر عرسال وتسلم لائحة مطالب الدولة الاسلامية بشأن العسكريين المخطوفين"،
وكان اكد مصدر لبناني واسع الاطلاع لصحيفة "السفير" إن القطريين اجتمعوا في الساعات الأخيرة بممثلين عن "النصرة" في القلمون وعادوا من هناك بانطباع مفاده تجميد أية محاولة للمس بحياة أي من العسكريين الـ13 الذين تحتجزهم وذلك لمدة شهر على الأقل.
الا انهم اشترطوا امرين، أولهما غير معلن ،دفع مبلغ قطري معين للخاطفين وثانيهما، أن تبادر السلطات القضائية اللبنانية إلى تسريع محاكمات الإسلاميين في سجن روميه أي تخفيف ما أمكن من الأحكام بحق غير المتورطين في قضايا جنائية ، وفق ما افادت المصادر.
وأشارت "السفير" الى أن القطريين تواصلوا بطريقة غير مباشرة مع ممثلين عن "داعش" (يحتجزون 15 عسكرياً ودركياً على الأقل)، وثمة احتمال بأن يحصل لقاء بين الجانبين، وسيكرر القطريون عرضهم بتجميد أية إعدامات للعسكريين، مقابل التزامات معينة من الجانب اللبناني رفض المصدر الخوض فيها.
وفي مطلع شهر آب الفائت، وفي معارك عنيفة مع الجيش في عرسال قام المسلحون بأسر أكثر من 35 عنصراً من الجيش وقوى الأمن. واعلن قائد الجيش العماد جان قهوجي ان عدد عناصر الجيش المفقودين "يبلغ 20، ومن الاحتمال أن يكون بعضهم قد استشهد".
وكانت جبهة النصرة قد افرجت عن عدد من المخطوفين، وسط معلومات صحافية عن مطالبة الخاطفين بمقايضة العسكريين بعدد من السجناء الاسلاميين في رومية.
يذكر ان المعلومات الصحافية كانت قد افادت الجمعة ان موفدا قطريا زار عرسال وتوجه الى القلمون للقاء "الدولة الاسلامية" لحل ملف العسكريين.

Qatar funds Nusra and ISIS and they are negotiating on behalf of Lebanon?? This is putting the fox to guard the henhouse. There should be no negotiation, and no ransom paid. If ransom is paid, then the precedent is set for more kidnappings, more hostage taking and more extractions of concessions from the Lebanese State. The Army should simply remove these people from Lebanon and sorry, if the hostages are killed, well, they are dead already.

people in these discussions should try to come up with an idea to stop these fake islamists from moving forward and remove them from the planet earth. They are like the crusaders who went through towns and left with blood covering their horses legs or the mongols with their pyramids of human heads.
