سلام يدعو الى التحفظ بملف عسكريي عرسال: للمقايضة "بالجملة"

رأى رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام ان معالجة ملف عسكريي عرسال تتطلب "تحفظاً" من وسائل الاعلام والاطراف الداخلية، معلناً موافقة الحكومة على المقايضة "بالجملة وليس بالمفرق" وفقاً لشروط معينة.
ونقلت صحيفة "السفير" عن زوار سلام، الخميس، قوله أن "ملف العسكريين المخطوفين يدفع ثمن الفوضى في التعامل معه، من كل الجهات على حد سواء".(في إشارة الى الخاطفين واهالي العسكريين وهيئة العلماء المسلمين).
وتصب جهود المسؤولون اللبنانيون في الفترة الحالية على توحيد الوساطات في هذا الملف من اجل الوصول الى خاتمة سعيدة وقريبة.
ويعتبر سلام، وفقاً لزواره، أن معالجة هذا الملف تحتاج الى تعهد من الخاطفين بوقف إعدام العسكريين، "لان المفاوضات لا يمكن ان تحصل تحت حد السكين، وفي ظل التهويل والابتزاز"، طالباً من الخاطفين "حسم مسألة الوسيط ومطالبهم بشكل نهائي وواضح".
وخطفت "جبهة النصرة" و"داعش"أكثر من 25 عسكريا في قوى الأمن والجيش منذ معارك عرسال في الثاني من آب الفائت. وبعد سحب قطر في السابع من الجاري وساطتها، طالب الأهالي بدور لهيئة العلماء المسلمين التي لم تحصل على تفويضا رسميا بعد، في ظل استمرار تهديد الجماعات الارهابية بقتل العسكريين.
إلى ذلك، اكد سلام تعاطيه بجدية في هذا الملف واستعداد الحكومة للتفاوض حول مبدأ المقايضة، ولكن ليس "بالمفرق وإنما بالجملة"، بحيث يتم التوصل الى صفقة شاملة، تطال جميع العسكريين.
ولفت لزواره الى اهمية التكتم عن الخطوات التي تتخذ لاطلاق سراح العسكريين "لأن ملفاً من هذا النوع لا يعالج بهذه الطريقة"، داعياً وسائل الإعلام الى وضع هذا الملف خارج المنافسة الاعلامية مستشهداً بفرنسا التي "حررت أحد الرهائن بصمت وسرية تامة".
عليه، دعا أهالي المخطوفين الى الالتزام بالهدوء واخلاء الشارع لأن "تجربة الضغط عبر الشارع لم تؤد الى الإفراج عن العسكريين".
ووفق الزوار طلب سلام من "كل الاطراف الداخلية التوقف عن التدخل بهذا الملف"، مشدداً على أن المدير العام للأمن العام اللواء عباس ابراهيم "يمثل قناة التفاوض المعتمدة رسمياً من قبل الحكومة."
وعن طلب هيئة العلماء المسلمين بتفويض وسام المصري للوساطة في هذا الملف بعد انسحاب قطر، قال سلام لزواره: "من يرغب في المساعدة حقاً ويملك القدرة الفعلية على ذلك، لا يحتاج الى تفويض رسمي من قبلنا ولا الى مواكبة إعلامية، وأي مساهمة يقدمها في هذا المجال ستكون موضع ترحيب".

I am a neutral expatriate living in a western country trying to earn a living. I am impressed by mowaten's objective and unbiased comments and the in-depth analysis they contain. I must admit I was a bit anti HA and Iran. But, reading mowaten's comments made me realize how wrong I was. Now, I openly support Iran and HA. Thank you mowaten, I am forever indebted to you.

No use complaining now, it's too late. You cannot run any business no matter how small it is (let alone a whole country) if every employee has to agree to every decision. It was a mistake to begin with and typical Lebanese fix-it as you go along mentality.
