السعودية تعلن هدنة انسانية في اليمن تبدأ الثلاثاء ومشروطة بالتزام الحوثيين

أعلنت السعودية الجمعة هدنة انسانية من خمسة ايام تبدأ يوم الثلاثاء المقبل في اليمن، بعد ساعات على استهدافها معقل الحوثيين في صعدة في شمال البلاد ردا على قصف استهدف مناطق حدودية في المملكة.
وخلال مؤتمر صحافي مشترك مع نظيره الاميركي جون كيري، اعلن وزير الخارجية السعودي عادل الجبير "قررنا ان تبدأ الهدنة الانسانية هذا الثلاثاء الثاني عشر من ايار عند الساعة الحادية عشرة مساء، وستستمر خمسة ايام ومن الممكن تمديدها في حال نجاحها".
وكان الجبير تحدث عن هدنة انسانية مؤقتة الخميس لفتح المجال امام وصول المساعدات الضرورية الى الشعب اليمني الذي يعاني من نقص في الوقود والغذاء.
وتقود الرياض منذ ستة اسابيع تحالفا عسكريا ضد الحوثيين في اليمن لمنعهم من السيطرة على البلاد بالكامل، وهي تفرض على اليمن حصارا بريا وبحريا وجويا.
وفي ايران، التي تتهمها السعودية بدعم الحوثيين، تظاهر الآلاف الجمعة للتعبير عن رفضهم لغارات التحالف العسكري والتي اودت بحياة مدنيين.
ورفع بعض المتظاهرين لافتات كتب عليها "من غزة الى اليمن، توقفوا عن قتل الاطفال".
واسفر النزاع في اليمن عن سقوط اكثر من 1400 قتيل واكثر من 6000 جريح منذ منتصف اذار، كما تقول الامم المتحدة.
وخلال المؤتمر الصحافي، اشار الجبير الى ان نجاح الهدنة يعود تماما الى التزام الحوثيين وحلفائهم بها. وقال ان "الهدنة ستنتهي في حال لم يلتزم الحوثيون وحلفاؤهم بالاتفاق، هذه فرصة للحوثيين لاظهار حرصهم على شعبهم وحرصهم على الشعب اليمني".
وقال كيري من جهته ان الهدنة هي "التزام قابل للتجديد"، وفي حال صموده فانه "يفتح الباب امام احتمال تمديده". واضاف ان اي شخص حريص على الشعب اليمني "عليه ان يكون على بينة من حقيقة ان كارثة انسانية تقع" في اليمن.
ووصفت الامم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية الوضع الانساني في اليمن بـ"الكارثي".
وقال كريستوف بوليراك المتحدث باسم منظمة الامم المتحدة للطفولة (يونيسيف) في جنيف "قد تنفد المحروقات خلال اسبوع. اذا استمرت القيود المفروضة على الواردات التجارية للاغذية والمحروقات فستؤدي الى عدد اكبر من القتلى مما يخلفه الرصاص والقنابل خلال الاشهر المقبلة".
واتهمت منظمة العفو الدولية مجددا الجمعة التحالف العسكري بعدم القيام بالجهود الكافية لتفادي المدنيين في غاراته.
وحذرت السعودية الخميس من ان الحوثيين تخطوا "الخطوط الحمراء" بعد قصفهم لمناطق سكنية على الحدود داخل المملكة.
يذكر ان الحوثيين انطلقوا من صعدة في تموز 2014 ليسيطروا على مناطق واسعة في وسط وغرب اليمن بينها العاصمة صنعاء.
وشنت طائرات التحالف غارات على صعدة معقل الحوثيين في اليمن ردا على قصفهم مناطق حدودية في المملكة. واوردت وكالة الانباء السعودية الرسمية ان طائرات التحالف شنت غارات على "مركزين للتحكم والسيطرة تابعين للمليشيات الحوثية ببني معاذ، ودمرت مصنعا للألغام بصعدة القديمة".
كما اكدت "قصف مجمع الاتصالات في المثلث بصعدة" المجاورة للسعودية.
وفي مؤتمر صحافي مساء الجمعة، اعلن المتحدث باسم التحالف العربي العميد احمد عسيري ان "قيادة المليشيات الحوثية اعتقدت انها عندما تستهدف المدن السعودية سوف يخف الضغط عليها في اليمن هذا تفكير بدائي"، مضيفا ان "قيادة التحالف قادرة على استدامة العمليات في كل المناطق".
واضاف بلهجة تهديدية "اليوم ليس مجالا للتهدئة بل للعقاب".
ورمى التحالف العسكري الجمعة منشورات يطلب فيها من السكان مغادرة صعدة، محذرا من ان "المدينة كافة ستصبح هدفا عسكريا بدءا من الساعة 17,00 (16,00 تغ)"، وفق ما نقلت وسائل اعلام سعودية.
واضاف عسيري "دعونا المواطنين الى الابتعاد" عن مناطق الحوثيين، مشيرا الى ان "المهلة تنتهي عند الساعة السابعة مساء (...) ليبدأ الرد على هذه الميليشيات".
واشار الى ان "القوات الملكية السعودية وحرس الحدود والحرس الوطني تنفذ عمليات على الشريط الحدودي وفق الامكانيات المتوفرة لمنع تلك الميليشيات من التحرك على الحدود". ونفى اي توغل بري في الاراضي اليمنية.
وبحسب مراسل لوكالة فرانس برس فان عددا كبيرا من العائلات وصلوا الى صنعاء خلال النهار.
وبهذه الغارات، ترد السعودية على قصف تعرضت له منطقة نجران الحدودية في المملكة، واسفر عن مقتل عشرة مدنيين الاسبوع الماضي، فضلا عن تبادل لاطلاق النار منذ نهاية اذار/مارس قتل خلاله 12 جنديا سعوديا.
وقبل ساعات على الغارات ضد صعدة، اعلن عسيري مساء الخميس ان "المعادلة اختلفت (...) لكن المواجهة أصبحت تستهدف السعودية. سوف يختلف أسلوب التعامل مع المليشيات الحوثية التي ارتكبت أحد أهم أخطائها خلال الفترات الماضية".
والخميس في الرياض، ادان الجبير دور ايران "السلبي" في اليمن، فيما اعرب كيري خلال تواجده في الرياض عن "قلقه ازاء تصرفات ايران التي تقوض الاستقرار".
ورفضت ايران مجددا الجمعة اتهامات السعودية لها بالتدخل في اليمن، مؤكدة ان هذه الاتهامات "تأتي في اطار تحميل الاخرين المسؤولية".
وفي خطاب القاه في جنوب البلاد، توعد الأمين العام لمجلس الامن القومي الاميرال علي شمخاني بأن يلقي النظام السعودي نهاية مأساوية.
ويواصل التحالف العسكري استهدافه لمناطق اخرى في اليمن وخاصة عدن حيث تجري اشتباكات بين الحوثيين وحلفائهم من جهة والقوات الموالية للرئيس اليمني المعترف به دوليا عبد ربه منصور هادي من جهة ثانية.
والتقى هادي، الذي فر من عدن الى الرياض، الجمعة بمبعوث الامم المتحدة الجديد الى اليمن اسماعيل ولد شيخ احمد المسؤول عن جهود استنئاف محادثات السلام.

It is most probably true that they get financial and/or material backing from Iran, but that doesnt mean Iran approves of every single thing they do (as you can see in the article, Iran did not approve of their move to takeover Sanaa).

The Resistance are already fighting on the border, so that arguement don't resemble reality. Yes I can see that March 14 wants the Resistance gone from Syria, so we will become surrounded in Lebanon and wait for the eventual invasion by the takfiri groups.
