عودة النقاش حول تنفيذ صفقة الـ 3 مليارات السعودية لتسليح الجيش بعدة سنة على التجميد

عاد النقاش قي تنفيذ صفقة المليارات السعودية الثلاثة لشراء أسلحة فرنسية للجيش، والمجمدة مع لبنان، الى سيرته الاولى.
فبحسب مصادر فرنسية، إن وزارة المال السعودية أبلغت الهيئة الفرنسية المشرفة على توقيع العقود والشركات، طلباً بإحياء الصفقة.
ومع الضوء الأخضر السعودي الجديد، من المنتظر، بحسب المصادر ان تُستأنف المفاوضات مع الشركات المصنعة للأسلحة الفرنسية، على ان تنتهي قبل انتهاء العام، مستكملة التعاقد على لائحة المشتريات التي تم الاتفاق عليها بين الجيش اللبناني والمفاوضين من شركة "اوداس" الفرنسية الوسيطة، في الثاني من شباط الماضي.
وكانت الشركة الفرنسية وفق صحيفة "السفير" قد تلقت منتصف أيار الماضي رسالة رسمية سعودية، تطلب تجميد العمل بصفقة تسليح الجيش اللبناني.
وطلبت الرسالة من الجانب الفرنسي عدم إبرام العقود التي تم التوافق عليها مع الشركات المصنعة، في انتظار أن يقوم الجانب السعودي بمراجعة اللوائح التي تم التوافق عليها مبدئياً، والتصديق عليها قبل العودة الى تفعيل الاتفاق وتنفيذه مجدداً. وفق الصحيفة عينها.
وسبق للسعودية ان اعلنت في كانون الاول 2013 عن هبة بقيمة ثلاثة مليارات دولار مخصصة لشراء اسلحة من فرنسا لصالح الجيش. وفي آب العام الفائت، اعلن رئيس تيار "المستقبل" سعد الحريري عن تقديم السعودية هبة بقيمة مليار دولار إلى الجيش والقوى الأمنية لغرض "مواجهة الإرهاب".
وبحسب مصادر فرنسية تشيع تفاؤلاً كبيراً بالذهاب جدياً نحو تنفيذ الصفقة وتسليح الجيش ، فقد أنهت الشركة الوسيطة "اوداس" إعادة هيكلة الصفقة وترتيب اولويات التسليم، على قاعدة إعطاء الأولوية لتنفيذ "الاتفاقات الصغيرة"، التي يغطي تنفيذها مبلغ الـ600 مليون دولار الذي دفعته السعودية، كدفعة مقدمة على صفقة الـثلاثة مليارات دولار.
ومن المرجح ألا تُستأنف عمليات تسليم الأسلحة الى الجيش قبل بداية العام المقبل، إذا ما أنجزت العقود في المواعيد المفترضة، علماً أن مواعيد التسليم الاولى كانت قد حددت مع مطلع الصيف الماضي.
ولكن لبنان لم يحصل من الثلاثة مليارات، حتى الآن على أكثر من 49 صاروخان "ميلان"، جاء بها الى بيروت وزير الدفاع الفرنسي جان ايف لودريان، من دون ان تخطو بعدها الصفقة خطوة واحدة، نحو تسليم أي معدات أخرى.

Would be nice if everyone puts Lebanon first on the list instead of other countries. We need to unite under our flag not the flag of others, stop looking to the outside in search of answers. We all need to forget the past and make our bleeding Lebanon a priority. Our problems would go away, if we are all Lebanese first before being this & that and following foreign agendas that do nothing but harm us. We need to show the world that we care about Lebanon more then anyone else. This is the only way to build a Country
