الأسد يتعهد باستعادة الرقة وكل شبر من سوريا

أكد الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد الخميس أن استعادة الرقة ليست على رأس أولويات الجيش السوري وأن الهدف هو استعادة "كل شبر" من الأراضي السورية.
وقال الرئيس السوري في مقابلة أجرتها معه بالانكليزية وسائل إعلام فرنسية ان "الرقة هي رمز"، مشيرا إلى أن الاعتداءات الجهادية في فرنسا "لم يتم الاعداد لها بالضرورة" في معقل تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في سوريا.
وأضاف في المقابلة التي أجرتها معه في دمشق إذاعة "اوروبا 1" والقناة الفرنسية الأولى وقناة "ال سي إي"، "تجدون داعش بالقرب من دمشق، تجدونهم في كل مكان".
وتابع "كل مكان في سوريا له الأولوية اعتماداً على تطور المعركة"، في وقت تبدأ الخميس جولة جديدة من المحادثات بين الاطراف السورية برعاية روسيا وتركيا وإيران في استانا.
وقال الأسد "إنهم في تدمر الآن وفي الجزء الشرقي من سوريا".
وأكد "كلها متساوية بالنسبة لنا، الرقة وتدمر وإدلب، كلها متساوية".
وقال الأسد أنه "من واجب أي حكومة" أن تستعيد السيطرة "على كل شبر" من أراضيها.
بعد تكبدهم خسائر جسيمة في العراق وسوريا يتعرض أبرز معقلين للجهاديين في الموصل والرقة لهجوم من القوات العراقية وقوات سوريا الديموقراطية، تحالف عربي كردي مدعوم من واشنطن.
وبعد حملة مكثفة استمرت أربعة أشهر تمكنت القوات العراقية من استعادة الأحياء الشرقية للموصل وتحاصر القسم الغربي من المدينة في شمال العراق، في حين تتقدم قوات سوريا الديموقراطية باتجاه الرقة.
ونفى الأسد بشكل قاطع في المقابلة أن يكون نظامه يمارس التعذيب مؤكداً رفضه للاتهامات الصادرة أخيرا عن منظمة العفو الدولية بشأن عمليات إعدام وفظائع ارتكبت في سجن صيدنايا قرب دمشق.
وقال الأسد إن "التقرير الصبياني" الذي أصدرته منظمة العفو لا يتضمن "ولا حقيقة واحدة (أو) دليلا" لدعم مزاعمها بأن نحو 13 الف شخص شنقوا في سجن صيدنايا بين 2011 و2015.
