عون: لقانون انتخاب على أساس النسبية يسمح بتمثيل الاقليات

جدد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال عون إصراره على قانون انتخابي جديد على أساس النسبية بحقق العدالة ويسمح بتمثيل الاقليات سواء كانت دينية أو ضمن الطائفة نفسها
ودعا عون خلال استقباله وفدا من "حركة النضال اللبناني العربي" برئاسة امينها العام النائب السابق فيصل الداود ومشاركة مشايخ من طائفة الموحدين الدروز، الى قانون "لا يهدف الى تغليب فئة على فئة، بل هدفه السماح لجميع اللبنانيين بأن يشاركوا في الحكم وفي القرار الوطني سواء كانوا نوابا او وزراء".
وقال "نحن شعب متعدد الأديان والطوائف والاحزاب، لكننا نشدد على الوحدة الوطنية والتعايش وإزالة الفوارق في الحقوق بين المواطنين، ولذلك يجب تحقيق العدالة بين كل طائفة وكل مذهب. وأنا أشجع اليوم على وضع قانون انتخابي يسمح بتمثيل الجميع، ولا سيما الأقليات".
وتطرق رئيس الجمهورية الى موضوع مكافحة الفساد، مؤكدا "أن ليس هناك كبير أمام هذا الملف، لأننا دائما مع تأمين حقوق المجموعة، والفساد يقع، عندما يستغل أحد أعضاء هذه المجموعة الجميع من غير وجه حق. فهدفنا إيصال الحقوق لأصحابها التي تعتبر اليوم الاكثرية المظلومة".

“Today I'm encouraging the approval of an electoral law that allows everyone to be represented, especially minorities,” the president went on to say.
lol, "law that allows everyone to be represented, especially minorities,”. Whatever law he devises it will be 50-50 moslem christian representation. Minorities such as the druze, armenians, shia alawites will always have the same number of MPs whatever the new law may be. His claim to allow minorities representation is as sincere as his claim to the presidency.
The issue here is how much he and hezbollah will eat into the other sects' representation and control of parliament.

wonder what all this fuss is about? in any way whatever the electoral system, the result is always the same: the gvt has to include all sects and parties, if the decisions taken by a majortiy does not suit the other side then they block the gvt, paralyze the parliament. this country is just a patchwork of dictators pretending to live under the rule of democracy....
it is all about having the biggest slice of the cake and to make more money, it never is about representing citizens or minorities as they hypocritically say...
