تهديد صحناوي بطرح الثقة به لامتناعه عن تسليم داتا الاتصالات في محاولة اغتيال جعجع

تقدم المعنيون بالتحقيق في محاولة اغتيال رئيس "حزب القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع بطلب من وزارة الاتصالات لتسليم "داتا الاتصالات"، ولكن الوزارة لم تلب الطلب. فيما حذر النائب مروان حماده وزير الاتصالات نقولا صحناوي أنه سيتم طرح الثقة بالأخير إذا استمر بحجب "الداتا".
وكشفت مصادر أمنية مواكبة للتحقيق عبر صحيفة "النهار" السبت أن طلبا قدم الى وزير الاتصالات منذ حصول المحاولة الاربعاء الماضي لتسليم "الداتا" ولم يلب الطلب حتى الآن.
وأوضحت أن ستة طلبات مماثلة قدمت في الأشهر الأخيرة الى الوزارة ولم تلب أيضا، منها ما له علاقة بالشبكة الاصولية التي كانت تخطط لاستهداف الجيش واستهداف المدير العام لقوى الامن الداخلي اللواء اشرف ريفي ورئيس فرع المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي العميد وسام الحسن.
ولكن صحناوي نفى أي علاقة له برفض طلبات الاجهزة الامنية الحصول على "الداتا" كاملة، مشيرا إلى أن هذا الامر هو من اختصاص الهيئة القضائية المستقلة التي أوكل اليها مجلس الوزراء هذه المهمة.
وفي هذا السياق، قال النائب مروان حماده لـ"النهار" "إننا نحذر وزير الاتصالات من أنه لن يسلم من المحاسبة النيابية والقانونية التي قد تتحول من الاسئلة الى الاستجوابات الى طرح الثقة الى المساءلة القضائية، إذا استمر في حجب داتا الاتصالات عن المراجع الأمنية".
وذكّر بأن "القانون منع التنصت ونظمه لكنه لم يأت في أي موقع على حرمان الامن والقضاء الاطلاع على داتا الاتصالات كما هو معمول به في كل دول العالم لكشف الجرائم".
في غضون ذلك، صرح جعجع أمس الجمعة أنه "لا يستبعد استخدام صواريخ في عمليات اغتيال في المستقبل"، مشيرا إلى أنهم "اتخذوا القرار بالاغتيال لتغيير موازين القوى".
ورأى أن "مفاعيل اتفاق الدوحة انتهت في ما يتعلق بوقف الاغتيالات السياسية في لبنان".
يشار إلى أن جعجع أعلن، في مؤتمر صحافي الاربعاء ان رصاصتين اطلقتا في اتجاهه بينما كان يتنزه مع بعض مرافقيه خارج مقره في معراب.

It is time to move the "Data Monitoring Unit" from the telecom to either the interior or defense ministry. This is a matter of national security and we can't afford having a bunch of geeks handle this critical inofrmation. Let the professionals in the intelligence services take care of this issue once and for all!!!
And by the way, Sehnaoui should go home too and save all the Lebanese from all his nonsense BS. You can't have a kid trying to do a man's job!!!

National security matters can't be contracted to a 3rd party for obvious reasons. However, every other industry can and should be privatized as I advocate a smaller governemnt in order to promote economic growth in the country.
Oops, I just realized that what I wrote is something very foreign to people like you who are not only ingorant but full of sectarian hatred. But the good news is that they have discovered a medicine for what you are going through right now.

Telecommunications Minister Nicolas Sehnaoui is such a pathetic poor reason for a human being who like many other FPM public figures should bluntly declare loyalty to Assad's regime and Ali Baba Nasrallah...
