شربل يتفق وآل المقداد على فك الاعتصام لحين المحاكمة بـ 18 كانون الاول

اتفق وزير الداخلية مروان شربل وآل المقداد على فك الاعتصام الذي بدأونه صباح الخميس على اوتستراد هادي نصرالله، الى حين جلسة محاكمة الموقوفين من العائلة في 18 كانون الاول.
وخلال لقائه معتصمين من آل المقداد، في مكان الاعتصام، احتجاجاً على عدم بدء محاكمة ابنائهم الموقوفين منذ أشهر، اكد شربل على ان القضاء اللبناني سيستمر بالتحقيق من اجل الوصول الى معرفة المسؤول عن اطلاق النار على الجيش اللبناني خلال المداهمات في شارع آل المقداد.
وشدد على ان "لا تأخير بأي محاكمة"، مشدداً على انه "بالحوار نحل المسائل"، مشيراً الى اننا "في بلد يمر بظروف صعبة وعلينا ان نتعاون جميعاُ".
يُشار الى قائد الدرك العميد جوزف دويهي كان قد زار المعتصمين قبيل وصول وزير الداخلية.
وقطع اوتستراد هادي نصرالله، من صباح الخميس حتى الظهر، بالعوائق الحديدية وبراميل النفايات، كما اقدم آل المقداد على نصب الخيم احتجاجا على عدم بدء محاكمة افراد منهم تم توقيفهم منذ أشهر على خلفية تشكيل تنظيم مسلح وخطف اجانب.
ورفعوا لافتات بأن ابناءهم ليسوا ارهابيين بل مظلومين.
يُذكر ان تقارير صحفية كانت قد افادت ان قاضي التحقيق العسكري عماد الزين قد طلب مطلع تشرين الثاني احالة 13 شخصاً بينهم 9 من آل المقداد الى المحكمة لمحاكمتهم بتهم خطف تركياً وسوريين، رداً على خطف حسان المقداد، احد ابنائهم في سوريا، آب الفائت.
وقد تم اتهام الاشخاص الـ13 بتشكيل" تنظيم مسلّح بهدف القيام بأعمال إرهابية وخطف سوريين وأتراك وتعريض السلم الأهلي والاجتماعي والسياسي للخطر وتعكير العلاقات مع دول أجنبية وعربية، فضلاً عن قيامهم بتهديد عسكريين وحيازة أسلحة ومتفجرات غير مرخصة".
في ايلول الفائت، اصدر الزين مذكرات توقيف بحق هؤلاء الموقوفين الذين من ضمنهم الناطق باسم العشيرة ماهر المقداد.
وخلال مداهمات قام بها الجيش في الضاحية الجنوبية، أوقف عدد من عشيرة آل المقداد من ضمنهم الناطق باسم العشيرة ماهر المقداد، والتي ادت الى الافراج عن المخطوفين لدى العشيرة.

totally agree. it is their apparent plan to impoverish the Lebanese people to the max, so they can buy our land for peanuts.

Dear sir,
I considered that the charge on Maher al-Meqdad must be substantiated again. Since even his action to arrest FSA members was occured quite after about hundred people were involved wounded there, his showed his valiant precious attitude, for me. I would like to propose that the fact of movement by FSA -Syrian Oppostion inside Lebanon must be strictly anlysised.

These freaks were totally given the green light by the Hezz to do what they did. It completely backfired politically on the Hezz. Yet another political blunder.
