تقارير: سليمان وميقاتي طرحا مشروعاً انتخابياً يجمع بين اقتراح بري و"المستقبل"

يقوم موفدا رئيسي الجمهورية والحكومة، وزير الاقتصاد نقولا نحاس والوزير السابق خليل الهراوي، بجولة على الافرقاء، حاملين اقتراح قانون انتخاب مختلط يؤمن 68 نائباً وفق الاكثري و60 وفق النسبي، في 26 دائرة انتخابية على ما افادت صحيفة "النهار".
وكشفت الصحيفة، الثلاثاء، ان الهراوي، موفد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان، ونحاس، موفد رئيس مجلس الوزراءنجيب ميقاتي يقومان بجولة على القوى السياسية للبحث عن صيغة توافقية لقانون الانتخاب تنطلق من مبدأ النظام المختلط الذي توافق عليه جميع الافرقاء في اللجنة النيابية الفرعية.
كما اوضحت ان الطرح يؤمن 68 نائبا وفق النظام الاكثري و60 نائبا وفق النظام النسبي، وهو يجمع بين طرح رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري وطرح "تيار المستقبل"، مشيرة الى ان عدد الدوائر26 والمحافظات تسعا.
الا ان العقدة لا تزال قائمة حول توزيع النواب والنسب بين الدوائر.
يُذكر ان نائب "كتلة التنمية والتحرير" علي بزّي قد قدم خلال اجتماعات اللجان النابية الفرعية، اقتراح الكتلة القائم على المشروع المختلط اي 50 في المئة من النواب على اساس الأكثري و50 في المئة منهم على اساس النسبي، وفق 26 دائرة انتخابية.
