روسيا لا ترى "تنازلا" في قرار واشنطن اعادة هيكلة الدرع المضادة للصواريخ

اعلن نائب وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي ريابكوف الاثنين ان روسيا لا ترى "تنازلا" في اعلان الولايات المتحدة المتحدة اعادة هيكلة نظامها للدرع المضادة للصواريخ في اوروبا.
وصرح ريابكوف لصحيفة كومرسانت ان "الامر لا يتعلق بتنازل لروسيا" مؤكدا انه لا يرى "اي علاقة" بين تصريحات البنتاغون حول اعادة هيكلة الدرع واعتراضات روسيا.
وفي واشنطن اعلن وزير الدفاع تشاك هيغل الجمعة "اعادة هيكلة" برنامج الدرع المضادة للصواريخ لحلف شمال الاطلسي لمواجهة خطر ايراني محتمل، خلال كلمة القاها بشان تعزيز الدفاع الاميركي المضاد للصواريخ في وجه خطر بالستي كوري شمالي محتمل.
وتريد الولايات المتحدة اعادة هيكلة المرحلة الاخيرة من درع الحلف الاطلسي "بسبب اقتطاعات الكونغرس في الميزانية وتطور" الوضع، حسب مسؤول في الادارة الاميركية.
وعمليا ما زال متوقعا نشر رادار من طراز تي.بي.اي2 في تركيا لرصد اطلاق الصواريخ البالستية واتجاهها وكذلك نشر 24 صاروخا اعتراضيا من طراز اس.ام3-اي.اي.ايه في رومانيا ونفس العدد في بولندا بحلول 2018.
واضاف ريابكوف "لا ارى اي علاقة بين اعتراضات روسيا حول نشر الدرع الاميركية المضادة للصواريخ في اوروبا وتصريحات وزير الدفاع الاميركي".
وتابع نائب الوزير الروسي ان "كل ما يتعلق بالشكوك الاستراتيجية حول نشر الدرع المضادة للصواريخ للولايات المتحدة والحلف الاطلسي يظل دون تغيير".
ويهدف مشروع الدرع المضادة للصواريخ الذي شرع فيه في 2010 ويرتكز في الاساس على تكنولوجيا اميركية، الى نشر صواريخ اعتراض صواريخ ورادارات قوية تدريجيا في شرق اوروبا وتركيا.
وتؤكد الولايات المتحدة والحلف الاطلسي ان هذا النظام لا يستهدف روسيا بل الدفاع من خطر قد يكون مصدره الشرق الاوسط وخصوصا ايران.
غير ان موسكو تعتبره خطرا على امنها وتطالب باشراكها في النظام او اعطائها ضمانات بانه لا يستهدف قدراتها الردعية.

Dear Russia,
Please blame North Korea for its aggressive stance. We wish no quarrel with you, but North Korea is becoming very aggressive, and threatening us, as well as others, and is possibly acting in concert with Iran, which is not slowing its nuclear program. We are sure you are doing your part to make them see reason, but you know that is not easy, and requires physical deterrent, as well, unfortunately.

Mckin1 absolutely right that's because those gcc states &saudi Arabia are oil rich, but when money runs out what is installed for them is exactly the same as any other middle eastern countries, the twist is that all elements of fanatics are the products of those very countries that America are protecting. Especially Saudi Arabia - the root of all evil !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
