تقارير: مخالفات بعملية تفكيك معمل الزوق الكهربائي جراء "خردة"

كشفت عملية تفكيك معمل انتاج الكهرباء القديم في الزوق، عن "خردة" تضم نحاساً تقدّر بمبالغ عالية، وتتطلب تلزيماً مستقلاً عن تلزيم التفكيك، ما يستدعي طرح مزايدة ثانية، وفق ما افادت صحيفة "النهار".
ولفتت الصحيفة، الثلاثاء، الى ان مرجعاً رسمياً تبلغ من هيئة رقابية ان تلزيم تفكيك معمل انتاج الكهرباء القديم في الزوق بعد الشروع في انشاء معمل جديد انطوى على مخالفات.
واوضحت ان "التلزيم رسا على احد المتعهدين في مقابل 100 الف دولار اميركي على ان يتخلص من الخردة الناجمة عن هذا التفكيك".
الا انه تبين، وفق "النهار"، ان "الخردة تتضمن نحاساً وسواه بقيمة تقدر بمبالغ كبيرة"، وان "موجودات كهذه تتطلب طرح مزايدة مستقلة عن تلزيم تفكيك المعمل".
واشارت الصحيفة الى ان نقابة عمال مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان ومستخدميها احتجت على اجراء اعمال للصيانة في صالة الزبائن ودعت العمال في هذه الصالة، الذين وضعوا كمامات، الى التوقف عن العمل الى حين تأمين البديل.
يُذكر انه وفي كانون الاول الفائت، افادت صحيفة "الاخبار"، أن وزارة الطاقة أنهت المناقصة العائدة لتلزيم معملي الكهرباء في الزوق والجية بقوة 272 ميغاوات، وبكلفة حوالى 350 مليون دولار، بعدما كان مجلس الوزراء وافق عليها ثم ديوان المحاسبة.
وقد شاركت في المناقصات عدة شركات عالمية، الا ان مجموعة "مان" (مجموعة هندسة المانية Maschinenfabrik Augsburg Nürnberg AG) الالمانية، فازت، بالمشاركة مع الشركة الدنمركية BWSC التي ستركب المعملين في فترة 15 شهراً و18 شهراً على التوالي.
كما تابع "الاخبار"، آنذاك، انه وبعد انتهاء المناقصة وموافقة مجلس الوزراء وتأمين الاموال من الخزينة، استطاعت وزارة الطاقة أن تؤمن لها تمويلاً من المصرف البريطاني المعروف HSBC .

i give him 2 out 10 for his work...to start with the power ship only started work this month and is down to 10% of capacity.it was idle for two month and getting our money for doing nothing ...your idea of successes doesn't add to much ..must have very low expectations.i have my views until proven otherwise.
