سليمان من عرسال: سيحاسب المعتدون على الجيش وسيجلبون أينما كانوا عاجلا أم آجلا

شدد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان من عرسال الثلاثاء انه سيأتي الوقت الذي سيتم فيه توقيف المعتدين على الجيش، مشيرا إلى أن القيادة لها "الدعم الكامل" لكي تضع خطط الحيش.
وقال سليمان في زيارة مفاجئة إلى المدينة البقاعية التي قتل فيها الثلاثاء ثلاثة عناصر من الجيش "سيأتي الوقت الذي سيتم فيه توقيف الذين ارتكبوا كل هذه العمليات الارهابية، وسينال أصحابها عقابهم. وإن أهم عقاب لهم هو أن نبقى كلبنانيين موحدين مع بعضنا".
ولم ينف أن "هناك من يحاول أن يستعمل الجيش غطاء له، ويحاول تقسيم الجيش لتأمين الغطاء له من فئة معينة مذهبية من الجيش".
لكن سليمان شرح أن "قيادة الجيش لديها الدعم الكامل وتفويض كامل لكي تضع الخطط المناسبة، ولكن لسنا نحن من يضع لها الخطط، بل القيادة هي التي تضعها وتعلم كيف تضعها".
وشرح رئيس الجمهورية أنه "إذا توقف الجيش عن القيام بالمهمات والتزم الثكنات متفرجا لن يسقط المزيد من الشهداء، ولكن الثمن البديل هو الحرب الاهلية، وسقوط الضحايا من أهلنا واقربائنا وجيراننا وهدم المنازل ونهب البنى التحتية مثل ما حصل في الماضي".
واستدرك قائلا لكن كلا، لقد تعلمنا درسا كبيرا، وسنتابع القيام بمهماتنا، وسنبقى نتلقى الضربات لكي نحمي أهلنا ومواطنينا وبلدنا".
وعن السياسيين الذين ينتقدون الجيش قال "هؤلاء همهم الوحيد كيف يربحون صوتا بالزائد او بالناقص. واذا كان هذا الصوت من قبل مذهبهم، فهم يتمنون ذلك ويلعبون على الوتر المذهبي".
وكشف سليمان أن "الحريق كبير من حولنا، ونحن نأسف ونتألم لما يحصل في سوريا" مضيفا "لكن يجب حماية أنفسنا وبلدنا. ولا ينفع سوريا إذا قمنا بتدمير وإحراق انفسنا".
أضاف "يجب حماية بلدنا وإبعاد الشرارة لكي لا تأتي الينا. وإذا استطعنا أن نطفئ الحريق في سوريا فسنقوم بذلك، لأنه عندما نطفئ الحريق الى جانب بيتنا يصبح بيتنا بأمان".
ثم عاد سليمان وشدد على أنه "في الوقت المناسب سيعاقب المرتكبون وسيحاسبون، والحق سيأخذ مجراه عاجلا أم آجلا، والأهم أن تبقوا على جهوز لكل التحديات".
وتابع قائد الجيش السابق قائلا "هؤلاء السياسيون الذين يتعاركون مع بعضهم البعض عبر شاشات التلفزة، ولا يقدرون مدى أن خلافاتهم وتجاذباتهم السياسية تنعكس على العمل العسكري. فبعد كل تصريح يتحرك الجيش لكي يحفظ الامن والقيام بالدوريات ويحمي الناس او المحافظة على المقرات او المقامات الدينية".
كما ختم سليمان مشددا على أنه "اينما ينتشر هؤلاء المرتكبين سيجلبون ويقتادوا الى المحاكمة مثلما سيقتاد غيرهم الذين ارتكبوا اعمالا مسيئة للجيش وسيتحرك وراءهم بعض المواطنين والبلدات والقرى لكي يفتعلوا أزمة بالبلد. ولكن القصد من ذلك هو معروف وانتم على وعي كامل لتجنب هذا الكأس".
ورافق سليمان في زيارته، وزير الدفاع الوطني فايز غصن وقائد الجيش اللبناني العماد جان قهوجي.
وانتقل سليمان عبر طوافة عسكرية، وتوقفت في مركز فوج حماية الحدود البرية في رأس بعلبك. وتابع زيارته الى بلدة عرسال.
الى ذلك، علّق منسق الامانة العام لـ14 آذار فارس سعيد عبر "تويتر"، واصفاً زيارة سليمان الى عرسال بـ"العمل الشجاع ونأمل ان يكون ايضا منتجا في اتجاه كشف ملابسات الحادث".
وقُتل ثلاثة عسكريين للجيش بعدما تعرضوا لإطلاق نار على حاجز لهم في وادي الحميّد بعرسال ليل الاثنين-الثلاثاء.

Hez is behind the Tripoli violence? Hez is being hurt by the bad PR over the violence in Lebanon including Tripoli. Tripoli could be resolved through curfews and warrants but that would hurt rebel supplies.
Your conjecture is nothing but PR to cover the violence caused by Wahhabis and political parties to destabilize Lebanon to discredit Hez and M8.

The issue with Suleiman is not corruption but competence. Through his inaction and that of Mikati the situation has intensified to make it even more difficult to handle ...
The actions of the security forces need stand apart from politics. The behavior and management of the security forces by Mikati and Suleiman has lead to escalation.

so, ran's interest is to keep making any sort of problems across the area so they are included in discussions in the hope they get something.
this is why you see issues across the region created by iran and its allies.
iran will have no deal, they will be ousted from Syria, hizbushaitan will be decimated, and iran will then implode from within.
granted this will take some time, around another year to happen.

Yet we do not hear of impending measures, simple measures that would give the army the upper hand such as curfews and arrest warrants.
Suleiman and Mikati are all bark and no bite ... Posturing and pronouncements while the situation deteriorates.
The morale of the army is now only being held up by the support of the people while the leadership purposely plays political games.
