"عزل" المفتي قباني بعد شهر رمضان

وأشارت مصادر مطلعة على القضية لـ"الشرق الأوسط"، الإثنين، الى "استكمال تحضير الخطوات القانونية لـ"عزل" مفتي الجمهورية محمد رشيد قباني، ولا سيما بعد كلام التحدي الذي أطلقه المفتي قباني الأسبوع الماضي بقوله إنه "باق في منصبه ولو كره الكارهون"، متهما كذلك "رؤساء الحكومة بأنهم منتحلو صفة".
وفي حين رأت المصادر أن "موضوع العزل بات قائما وينتظر الخطوات التنفيذية، بعدما تم التوقيع على عريضة من قبل أكثر من 86 عضوا من أصل 104 أعضاء من الهيئة الناخبة"، استبعدت في الوقت عينه أن "يتم اتخاذ القرار قبل عيد الفطر"، عازية الأمر إلى "احترام شهر رمضان المبارك، وأن اتخاذ خطوة كهذه في هذا الشهر لن يلقى قبول الرأي العام الإسلامي والسني وقد ينتج عنها رد فعل سلبي في هذا التوقيت".
وأضافت المصادر للصحيفة عينها الى أن "هذه القضية كانت محور اللقاء الذي جمع مساء السبت، في دارة رئيس الحكومة الأسبق عمر كرامي، الرؤساء الذين وقعوا على عريضة العزل، وهم إضافة إلى كرامي، رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب ميقاتي والرئيس المكلف بتشكيل الحكومة تمام سلام ورئيس الحكومة السابق فؤاد السنيورة".
يذكر أن إعفاء المفتي من منصبه يتطلب خطوتين أساسيتين، وهما التثبت من قيامه بأعمال تشكل خطرا على الطائفة والمؤسسة، وأن يقدر مجلس الانتخاب أي الهيئة العامة التي تنتخبه هذا الأمر.
وللوصول إلى هذه النتيجة يحتاج الأمر إلى جلسة يعقدها المجلس الشرعي تكون مخصصة فقط لإعفاء المفتي من منصبه، وعندها إذا وجد هذه الأسباب كافية يقرر دعوة مجلس الانتخاب للانعقاد والتباحث في الأمر، مع العلم أن أعضاء مجلس الانتخاب الذين يبلغ عددهم 104 شخصيات، هم من رؤساء الحكومات السابقين والوزراء والنواب السنة وقضاة الشرع والمفتين، وإذا توافق 75 في المائة منهم، أي 78 عضوا فأكثر، على هذا القرار، تسلك عندها الطرق القانونية.
وكان المفتي قباني قد سلم دار الفتوى في آذار الفائت، إلى "العلماء المسلمين" مع بقائه في موقعه كمفتي، وذلك على خلفية احتدام الخلاف حول التمديد لأعضاء المجلس، الأمر الذي يرفضه المفتي، حيث باتت بإدارة أربعة علماء دين هم الشيخ هشام خليفة المدير العام للأوقاف الاسلامية، والشيخ أمين الكردي أمين الفتوى، والشيخ صلاح الدين فخري مدير الشؤون الادارية، والشيخ يوسف إدريس الأمين العام للمجلس الشرعي.
يُذكر أن قباني ادعى على مجهول ومن يظهره التحقيق، بتهمة تزوير التمديد للمجلس الإسلامي الشرعي الأعلى، بعد مضي يوم واحد على مناشدته من قبل رؤساء الحكومة اللبنانية، الحالي والسابقين إلى دعوة المجلس للانعقاد في مهلة أقصاها السبت.
وكان قد دعا رؤساء الحكومات "أصحاب الدولة الرؤساء إلى اجتماع طارئ ينعقد في حال عدم تجاوب المفتي قباني مع الدعوة الموجهة إليه مجددا، وذلك من أجل اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة إزاء امتناع سماحته عن القيام بما تقتضيه المصلحة العليا للطائفة".

First of all , we had Cheikh Hassan Khaled ( God bless his soul ) who was the best ever mufti we had since 1966 .
Second Mufti Qabbani was against Hariri when he became Prime minister and after a long struggles with the stupid system , Mufti Qabbani was bought by Hariri and obeyed him blindly . Anyway who was behind Moufti Qabbani and divided Muslims ( Sunni ) for years . Who stolen the Muslims' money for ages ? , who instigated Muslims in Lebanon to fight against other Muslims Part . The son's of whom were in Night Club drinking , dancing and SmokinG in public . the Son's of whom , who has fancy cars with body guards and making deals under the tablessssssssss
I tell u something Mufti Qabbani go home u and ur team , raise ur son to be ur mirror in public not to be a mafia guy , we don't need such mufti like u .
